Top Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Lissabon!
Pros:

Am Lumen-Hotel gibt es fast nichts auszusetzen. Die Zimmer sind, wie das ganze Hotel, sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist lecker, frisch und reichhaltig. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klare Weiterempfehlung von unserer Seite.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Fitnessstudios könnte besser sein und die Qualität der Cocktails an der Hotelbar ist ausbaufähig (keine Deko, kein Strohhalm - kann man für 13 Euro schon erwarten).

Pros:

Das Hotel macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Rezeptions Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Zimmer sind einwandfrei sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück macht einen wirklich billigen Eindruck. Die Auswahl ist zwar gut aber die Qualität der Speisen ist halt wirklich das günstigste vom günstigen.

Die Rooftop Bar und Pool sind zwar schön, die Bar Mitarbeiter machen einen unmotivierten einige gar unfreundlichen Eindruck.

Die Executive Zimmer lohnen sich wirklich nur weil diese auf dem Top Floor liegen. Die „lounge“ wenn man das so nennen kann, beschränkt sich auf ein zimmer ca in Hotelzimmer größte, mit einer Kaffe Maschine (kapseln), abgestandenes aromatisiertes Wasser und chips (offen) mandelsplitter (wie aus der Patisserie küche) und apfel chips.

Très bon hôtel, propreté irréprochable et personnels attentifs aux besoins de ses clients.
Pros:

Hotel hyper propre avec du personnel bienveillant. Bien situé et desservi par le réseau métro-bus. Belle vue avec la piscine sur le toit avec petit bar sympa. De quoi passer un week end inoubliable dans la merveilleuse Lisbonne.

Nous avons eu une très bonne surtout l’orque nous avons appris au Check in que nous avons été surclassés dans une suite!

Cons:

La TV ne disposait pas de Netflix, mais cela reste un détail .
