This Hotel is a very good choice. All the staff is so nice, so helpful, so pleasant ! Rooms are very confortable, Everything was just perfect. The light show is a nice surprise.

Wonderful.
Pros:

Beautifully designed. Staff wonderful. Rooms spacious.

Cons:

Food on roof terrace was not great. Coffee was cold. Food took ages to come. Waiter was apologetic and very nice.

Simply outstanding. What was already shaping up to be a great stay became an unforgettable experience thanks to the exceptional generosity of the hotel staff.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a stunning, spacious suite complete with a living room — a lovely surprise that set the tone for the entire stay. The room was immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and the cleaning team did a remarkable job maintaining it throughout our visit. Even the small touches made a difference — like the chocolate left by the suite each night, a genuinely sweet gesture.

The kindness didn’t stop there. We were also gifted free parking, complimentary breakfast (which was tremendous — an impressive spread with plenty of options), and to top it all off, a free massage on our last day. Ines, the therapist who performed the shiatsu massage, was absolutely wonderful and did exactly what was needed after a busy trip. A truly thoughtful farewell gift.

The gym looked well-equipped and the hotel has a swimming pool — we unfortunately didn’t have time to use either, but they’re there for those who do.

For a four-star hotel, the treatment we received was five-star through and through. The staff made us feel like royalty, and the overall value is exceptional. Highly recommend — this one will be hard to top.

Amazing stay at Lisbon Lumen
Pros:

Pretty well everything.
Friendly staff. We were upgraded to the executive floor. They brought us some fresh fruit on 1st day and some treats the other days.
We had an evening dinner at the hotel with a 30% discount. We ordered the Osso Buco. It was amazing. Note that it was not what I would have expected as an Osso Buco but with their own twist.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing negative to say.

Really wonderful. Location is brilliant, staff were fantastic and facilities were really good.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, so attentive, nothing was any problem. They were all really professional but also absolutely lovely. The facilities were really clean and well resourced.

Cons:

The gym was a bit sparse but that is being picky.
