A very smart modern hotel located centrally with easy access to Lisbon's excellent transport network
Pros:

We arrived at 10:00pm just as the impressive daily light show commenced. The staff couldn't be more helpful on arrival. The room was very smart with the biggest bed we've ever seen. All the amenities we expected were present and the shower was lovely and hot. The breakfast spread was very varied and the staff very polite. We made a lot of use of the rooftop pool and bar which was very relaxing. Sunbeds were not immediately available on some days, mostly weekends. If I had one minor complaint it would be the coffee was slowly provided on some mornings. The were no fun bars in the immediate area so I would recommend getting the Metro to Rossio or Chiado which is a half hour bus ride away.

A Must Stay!
Pros:

I absolutely love this hotel. Everything about it was great. Customer service was outstanding. They answered all my questions and gave me a tour of hotel. It was in close proximity to everything that we needed.

Pros:

Overall, the hotel was decent. I stayed there for two weeks. Some of the staff stood out in a positive way, while others were less pleasant. For example, one employee at the front desk kept rolling his eyes. Even after I pointed it out to him, I received no response or courteous service. If he isn't willing to treat guests with basic respect, perhaps he should consider a different job…

I understand that silverfish are common in humid environments, but it's still quite unpleasant and unhygienic to find them in the bathroom, which I unfortunately did during my stay. Perhaps the shower drains could use more thorough cleaning.

Good quality hotel in downtown Lisbon.
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 nights with the Collette Tour company. They picked this hotel, and we were very pleased with it. The light show is fun, and from the courtyard facing rooms you can see most of it, which is nice because it starts at like 10pm and runs for 15 minutes. So it's nice to just open the curtains, and the window, and watch.

We at breakfast daily at the hotel buffet and it clearly caters to tourists as there was a wide variety of breakfast foods. Staff spoke enough English that us poor single lingual travelers had no issues communication. Although I would advise you to at least learn some basic polite phrases. Common courtesy goes a long way at making your trip more enjoyable.

The hotel is close enough to walk to several major areas for dinner, lunch. Or public transit. We are in good shape so we walked.

Beds were firm but nice. Bring a wash cloth if you need one. Rooms had hair driers, nice showers, bidet (and Toilet paper) nice towels. The roof top pool is more of a soaking thing than a swimming thing. We didn't use it, although many other guests were up there at the bar and in the pool.

Dissappointing
Cons:

Average Hotel. Towels frequently had dirty marks on them, we had to request new towels 3 times in one day before they were finally delivered. Breakfast was okay, but every day the pear juice was served from a broken jug. This is a safety concern, as pieces of the broken jug could potentially end up in the juice.
The biggest issue was that one evening I returned to my room to find it filled with smoke. I initially thought there was a problem with the air conditioning, and called the technician, only to find that it was from a private event where sardines were being grilled on the patio.
My friend's room next door had exactly the same problem. Paying guests should not have their rooms filled with smoke for hours because the hotel is hosting a private event. If the ventilation system allows smoke to be drawn into guest rooms, that is a serious design or operational issue. It was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Really nice hotel, beautiful roof top with pool, music, bar. Spacious, clean and modern rooms. Service was perfect. Well located. We enjoyed everything about this place!

Brilliant
Pros:

This is a brilliant hotel all staff very friendly. Room really nice lovely big bed plus overhead shower. It is really near to the underground and very easy to use. Would really recommend
