Definitely recommend for a stay near Mactan- Cebu International Airport
Pros:

The room was lovely and clean with everything I needed. The shower was hot and air-con worked well. The staff were lovely and woke up early so I could check out early. It was a perfect location near the airport.

La ubicación esta muy bien, cerca del aeropuerto. Personal muy amigable y servicial. Aire acondicionado funcionando bien y ducha de agua caliente! WiFi súper rápido! Ideal para pasar una la noche cerca del aeropuerto a un precio más que razonable.

For one night prior to a flight this hotel was fine. If you are staying any longer I would advise paying more for the bigger rooms.

Cons:

The bed is really quite small for two people and the AC is very loud. The bathroom is more of a wet room and didnt have any hand soap or toiletries. You had to pay for water.

Hanno detto che è stato booking a cancellare la prenotazione e che succede spesso. ma a booking risultava ancora attiva la mia prenotazione. ho dovuto riprenotare a un prezzo più alto perché altrimenti a quel punto non avrei saputo dove andare. contattare booking per protestare è risultato impossibile. scam.

на одну ночь пойдет
Pros:

На одну ночь переночевать недорого пойдет. Расположен в стремном районе, номер маленький и без окна, кондиционер встроенный гудит. Заселение/выселение - без проблем. Не было мыла - попросили, тут же принесли. Персонал хороший, в номере чисто. Жили на 3-м этаже, лестница крутая. Есть выход на крышу - там можно покурить.

The only good thing about my stay was that I only booked one single night, so I could escape this nightmare the very next morning. I will never come back, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away.
​Beyond the place being the worst I’ve ever stayed in, they are completely dishonest about pricing. You cannot pay through Booking.com, and when I arrived, they charged me much more than the price shown on the app, claiming it was for 'Booking fees.' This is a total lie and felt like a scam.
​The photos online are a complete deception; they have nothing to do with reality. The location is terrible, and the atmosphere is sketchy and uncomfortable—it felt more like a shady brothel than a guesthouse. There is absolutely nothing positive about this place. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!

Мы заехали срочно, потому что ночью уехали с другого места где были тараканы. Полагаю они здесь тоже бывают, но так чтобы это было видно - нет. Здесь тоже не максимально чисто, и мы были на нервах когда заезжали, но хостес постаралась опрыскать наш номер когда мы попросили и с пониманием отнеслась к нашему запросу. Спасибо ей за это. Для комфортного пребывания это место не подойдёт. На одну ночь перед отлётом более-менее. Цена невысокая
