I go to Madrid every 3 to 4 months and this is the best hotel I have been in. The location is really not where I like to stay, but I will definitely stay only for this hotel. I arrived at 5 AM and Héctor from the front desk was so nice to me. I was able to check in for a fee, which I already knew because I contacted the hotel a few days before my arrival. My room was extremely clean spacious. The toiletries were really nice smell very good. They had a good functioning hairdryer. The best was extremely comfortable the quality of the sheets of the towels the shower and the bathroom were incredible. I have nothing but words of praise and I will definitely stay there again.
I would love for this Hotel to be closer to Salamanca or the northern part of the city. There’s a lot of traffic jam where the hotel it’s located.
Staff were great and the room size was decent.
Unbelievable amount of noise which sounded like furnture moving around, cleaners knocking around corridors and generally seemed liek zero sound proofing in the room.

The location was very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from Atocha Metro station and close to several major bus routes, which made getting around Madrid very easy. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was a great size for a couple. We also really enjoyed Sessions restaurant at the hotel — the Spanish tapas with an American twist were excellent. The live bands and singers in the lobby during the weekend evenings were also a really nice touch and added to the overall experience.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property, i would say the breakfast wasn’t what we expected. We went out for breakfast after our first one.
