Pros:

Todo excelente, perfecto en todo sentido.

Cons:

Solo lo único, no tener alguna rampa para subir maletas en la entrada del hotel, pero es algo pequeño, de ahí todo perfecto!!

Cons:

I stayed at the Hard Rock Café Hotel in Madrid for three nights, and to be honest, I was really let down. While it’s priced in the same category as top-tier hotels like the Hilton, Sheraton, or Catalonia Plaza (where we stayed in Barcelona), it just doesn’t compare. The hotel, as a whole, felt far from luxurious. The walls, the carpets, the entire infrastructure—everything just lacked that premium feel. The pool area was also a letdown: fake grass, cheap pool beds—none of it reflected the price point. And for over 300 euros a night, it’s nowhere near worth it. On top of that, some staff were actually rude. My wife, who is five months pregnant today, fell ill on the last day, with a 38.5 fever, and they refused to let me bring her breakfast to the room. I had to push for a solution, and eventually, they gave me a paper plate. Overall, not a place I’d recommend if you expect a truly luxurious experience at this price.

Гарний новий отель, зручне ліжко, привітний персонал, смачні сніданки з можливістю замовляти окремо омлет, чурос та інші страви. Недалеко залізничний вокзал, зупинки місцевого транспорту.

Cons:

Цікавий дизайн кімнат, але раковина у кімнаті викликала дискомфорт, моя думка - вона все-таки повинна бути у закритій ваній кімнаті.
