The staff were amazing. On check in and the guest services team made my friends day with their little surprise in the room of cake, balloons and a message on the mirror. Really lovely touches and can’t thank you enough.
Loved the pool for a chill out.
Rooftop bar was amazing and loved watching the sunset with a free cocktail.
There seemed to be a lack of music which is one of the signature things at HR. Quiet around the pool and also at breakfast. Felt odd.
The location was pretty good as we were only about a 20 minute walk from Gran Via. The rooms were very comfortable & the breakfasts were great too. We also had dinner at the restaurant thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
The pool area was always crowded and there never seemed to be enough lounges.
