The service at the pool in the afternoon of Tuesday was disappointing. First nobody was receptioning us when we came, second wanted us to charge for the balibese bed when I have asked in advance, food and drinks can only be order at the bar, part of the staff not very welcoming, specially the women responsible in the afternoon (in the morning I had spoken to Juan and he seemed great). Conclusion very poor service for the category pf the hotel
La verdad todo muy bueno, pero la habitacion increíble.

The hotel is a bit different from other hotels, thanks to music stars memorabilia. Plus, very nice staff, cleanliness, and huge showers are standing out for me. The location is great, too
The only thing maybe is having a sink in a room instead of a bathroom. However, thanks to that shower room was huge, which was nice.
