Möglicherweise wieder - hoffe auf eine durchgehende Matratze

Sicherheit durch Checkcart

Cons:

Franz. Bett leider mit einer Rille ( 2x Matratzen)
Recht unbequem geschlafen .
Angebotenes Frühstück in der Nachbarschaft unerhört teuer.

Personal im darmstadt sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Felix hat kein Personal

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte trotz der Versuche des Personals nicht ( Personal vom benachbarten Hotel Darmstadt sehr engagierte, aber planlose junge Damen), da das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsroute liegt war die Nacht bei offenem fenster recht kurz...

Ansprechendes, zentral gelegenes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum und zur Tram-Haltestelle ist super. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war prima.

Cons:

Das Personal dürfte im Einzelfall noch besser geschult sein. Die Tische beim Frühstück hätten gesäubert werden müssen, um für die nächsten Gäste bereit zu sein.

Lage okay und sauber - Bett aber absolute Katastrophe und Fön nur auf Anfrage….
Pros:

Es war generell sauber, da kann man nicht meckern.

Cons:

Check in Abends am Automaten - Buchungsnummer und Namen eingegeben und dann hat der Automat auch jedes Mal beim Ausdrucken der Zimmerkarte aufgegangen. Nach dem dritten Mal dann über die Hotline erfahren, dass man beim Partnerhotel um die Ecke einchecken kann - dort hat es dann geklappt aber super nervig abends mit Gepäck, wenn die Technik versagt.

Abgesehen davon ist das Bett eine Katastrophe. Ich bin 1,93 und habe extra das Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber es sind einfach nur 2 lose zusammengeschobene Einzelheiten mit noch mal nicht passenden einzelnen Toppern. So schlecht habe ich noch nie geschlafen …

Cons:

I arrived at 14:00. In the automat at the entrance I paid for early checkin and then when the checkin was at its end I did not get any key out of the machine. Nobody responded when I tried to push the help-communication button on the wall. I tried several times. Then it took some time to figure out what to do but in the end some other guests I met at the entrance suggested that I go next door to the other hotel. There it was resolved. But it felt like I wasted quite some time of the hour I paid extra for.

Hotel I liked & despite a few things I remarked, I would definitely go back to.
Pros:

Convenient & comfortable as an area where hotel is.

Cons:

I couldn't self check-in, luckily there was someone of the staff inside who amended something on the laptop & then it worked, I did everything as supposed, therefor it wasn't my fault.
Vending machine had the card option not functioning for the whole 5 days I was there & it didn't get repaired, had only the coin option working.
On Sunday I went to have breakfast at 10:25am at the nearby hotel as stated by Felix hotel (breakfast is served there) & the lady at the counter of the hotel told me that breakfast was until 10:30am, therefor I didn't have time, where it clearly was written on the mail you receive after check-in that both on Saturday & Sunday breakfast is till 11:00. Luckily it wasn't paid for from before.
