Tuvimos que reclamar la limpieza de la habitación ya que no estaba hecha a las 5 de la tarde después de hacerlo por teléfono y en persona dos veces se hizo. Mala organización en este caso .

We we told the room would be cleaned everyday. The first day to be cleaned, we told them to come clean it. The last day we stayed there they didn't clean it. I was disappointed that there was not pool or hot tub, or even a bathtub in our room. The view from our room was bad

Cons:

my reservation was $175, my bill was $185. when i questioned it, they said "it must be new taxes." The only reasonable parking was $60+ valet which was left out of the offer on Booking.com. the only breakfast option was a $23 dollar buffet. the only dining option was in the open bar area. I asked for a lower level room (ADA) and was told that all ADA rooms had to use the elevator.

Typical inner city dump of a hotel
Pros:

Place is ghetto especially compared to the other Hilton in town I usually stay at in ATX.

Cons:

The shittiest three star ive ever stayed in. Will intentionally avoid this hotel in future.

We have stayed here numerous times and this one was disappointing. We won’t be staying here again.

Our room did not get cleaned. We asked for clean towels and never got them. The towels were very worn with holes. The pillows were paper thin and not supportive.

Pros:

Ubicado cerca del Capitolio y la Universidad, para llegar al Riverside hay que caminar aproximadamente 2km. La habitación amplia y espaciosa, con TV, aire acondicionado, armario, frigobar y escritorio. Wifi de muy buena señal.

Cons:

No respetaron el valor en USD contratado a través de Booking. La relación calidad-precio es mala. Por lo pagado ofrecen baño, cama y Wifi (por lo demás hay que abonar extras). Pedí en recepción que limpiaran la habitación y no lo hicieron. El personal (si bien es amable) resulta poco eficiente en sus funciones básicas.

Hotel razoável perto da Universidade 7
Pros:

Próximo à Universidade. Fica a 20 minutos a pé do estádio de futebol americano. O quarto é confortável e limpo. A cama é confortável e o travesseiro razoável. Tem micro-ondas e frigobar (vazio). Bom café da manhã, pago à parte.

Cons:

Os restaurantes tem um cardápio extremamente restrito, sem opções saudaveis. Basicamente sanduiche ou tacos com poucos outros pratos. Para jantar só abre o bar com o mesmo cardapio.
Para pedir o carro no Valet mencionam que é via link mas nao conseguem executar com telefone do Brasil. Assim, tinha que descer para pedir o carro pessoalmente 15 minutos antes do horario que precisava dele. O fechamento da conta foi bem confuso por conta dessa inviabilidade de uso do link.
