Location was nice for A's game.
Bed sheets had not been changed from previous occupant, which is a health and safety issue as you can imagine. Empty nose-tissue dispenser. Only half a roll of toilet paper.
If you're going to an Athletics game, this is a great place to stay. It's a 10-15 minute walk from their stadium. It's also close enough to walk to Old Sacramento.
The waffle machine is a standard at American hotel breakfast, and we liked it. They also had small cheese omelets and sausage.
The guy at the desk was friendly and helped with our inept use of the mandatory parking app.
You have to pay for parking AND you have to pay a service fee for parking even though the lot is just a standard motel lot around the hotel. It's not separate at all but they treat it separately.
Moreover, you can't just add parking to your bill. You have to use a QR code and pay via an app.
Overall newer, clean, decent and convenient location (near downtown).

The stay was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately we had reserved 3 rooms. All of them to be with 2 queen beds. When got there they said they had no more rooms with queen beds. Also one of the rooms had a terrible mildew smell. All 6 of us had to stay in 2 rooms. They gave us credit for the 3rd room. The staff was great.
Location was good as it was a few miles away from our venue. Place was clean, modern looking and the breakfast staff (Nichole) was so friendly, welcoming and helpful.
We did not expect to pay for the parking and it was a bit frustrating having to deal with the automated lights that kept on going off. Should’ve had some sort of directions inside the room to temporarily remove that fixture.
The room was incredibly comfortable with all the amenities I could hope for. I was sad that it was only a single night stay for me and I didn't get to make use of its full functionality.
It's not a fair judgement given what it is, but the breakfast option was pretty lack luster. More a source of calories than an enjoyable meal.
I like the function of registering my vehicle, I just was frustrated with not having the internet connection I needed at the front desk to do it there.

The extra charge for parking is absurd. Staff weren’t very friendly. Very noisy. Pillows were miserable.
Very clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable! Staff is exceptional. Great breakfast offerings. Pool was refreshing after a hot afternoon at the ballgame!
Absolutely no complaints, although lamp switches were a little confusing but it was probably our fault. (Think they were on timer to go off with lack of motion )
