Pros:

The staff at reception as well as the lady cleaning the room were the high light of my stay.

Cons:

The price for room was very high as compared to other similar or identical hotel. Further i had to pay 2.5 percent extra as surcharge as I did not have any new zealand card. This led to an extra 10 new zealand dollar over and above the room rate of NZ $335. This is completely unfair for tourist like me who have to pay 2.5 percent extra. Never paid any such charge in any other country I visited so far. This is peculiar.
No place to keep my suitcase and bag in room no slabs...also no stiring spoon was provided and kettle was an old model.

Great location and facilities
Pros:

Great location, comfy room. There was a fire alarm one afternoon but the staff handled it very calmly and professionally, and we were let back into the hotel soon after. Would stay again!

Cons:

Bit of a disappointing view from the room, over a construction site/rubbish.

Pros:

Good location, only a 3-min drive to the Riverside Market. Plenty of parking spaces, and the room is clean and looks new.

Cons:

Not a big deal just that there’s no table in the room so I will need to work in the bed. Also, the air-con makes noises sometimes.

We loved the area and over all very pleased with the Hotel.
Cons:

We were frustrated at the late communication regarding how to gain after hours access to our room. We found out the email came to us when we were mid flight and did not have internet coverage, we feel this could have been sent two days before. Then we could have been prepared.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended!
Pros:

I loved the location and the cleanliness of both the hotel and the room. The beds were extremely comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. A special thank you to Deepika at reception, who was very friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. A+++ service and hospitality. Highly recommended! 😊
