Great option for ChCh to be in city and in walking distance of main centre.
Pros:

Great size rooms with microwave and washing machine/dryer. Warm even in middle of winter I did not even need to turn heat pump on.

Good sized room & bathroom in a handy location
Pros:

Large room & easy walk to Town Hall for the event we had booked.

Cons:

Need a Phd to work the radio, no toilet brush in the bathroom. We were on the 3rd floor & all night could hear the hum of the 10 outside air con units located directly below the room even though the windows were double glazed & closed, so would book the other side of the hotel next time
