Good location but hotel in desperate need of improvement
Pros:

Good location for exploring Da Nang , polite and helpful staff .

Cons:

Rooms are small and not very clean . Bathroom was quite dirty especially around the sink and in the shower . The walls between rooms are paper thin and you can hear every noise and movement from the surrounding rooms, this made sleeping very hard . Breakfast choice was very limited. The beds are essentially mattresses on a wooden platform , however they are as they look in the photos so this is not a complaint

Based on the amount paid not satisfied.

Cons:

Place nice near to beach. Unfortunately my experience was not good. Inside room can hear always elevator sound and people talking sound. Staff not much kind. Due to 3-5 minutes delay they didn’t support me to arrange the breakfast. Staff was not professional and kind. I will not want to go back there. Went many places in Da nang, honestly this was the disappointed stay.

Hôtel correct, bien situé par rapport à la plage.

Cons:

La piscine qui donnent sur un mur et est toute petite. Les photos sont complètement trompeuses.

Trải nghiệm chưa tốt khi lưu trú tại khách sạn

Khách sạn gần biển, có thể đi bộ ra biển. Xung quanh khách sạn có nhiều hàng quán, siêu thị.

Cons:

Bể bơi tầng thượng bẩn.
Hệ thống nước nóng có vấn đề. Chiều ngày đầu lưu trú tại khách sạn, sau khi gia đình mình đi tắm biển về không có nước nóng tắm do hệ thống nước nóng bị hỏng. Cả người già và trẻ em trong gđ mình phải tắm và lau người bằng nước lạnh.

Pros:

Останавливалась в отеле на 4 дня в середине апреля 2026 г. Комната просторная, с окном. Особенно понравился главный супервайзер Селина, которая помогала с трансфером и поиском туров. Сам отель расположен недалеко от моря, можно сходить покупаться, также все развлечения и кафе в пешей доступности.
