Pros:

Great stay here. Lovely staff, very clean and great value for money.

Cons:

The breakfast that came with our stay was good, but all the “hot food” was stone cold which was disappointing.

We came for Hip Hop Unite at the Lower Hutt events centre.
Pros:

It was close to the Lower Hutt events centre. It was clean and modern. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast facilities were great.

Cons:

Some of the parking spaces were tricky to fit into.

A very Happy Anniversary!
Pros:

We chose The Sebel Lower Hutt for our anniversary, a local staycation as we couldn't fly internationally for our anniversary date.
We received true five star service throughout our stay, from check in to check out, everything was world class.
We particularly appreciated the special treat in our room, the fun "towel art" and Sebel teddy bear, that really made us feel special.

Cons:

No faults, it was perfect.

Won’t be staying here again
Pros:

Friendly front desk staff and it’s kept clean

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing, it was more continental type breakfast. Also BEWARE of the Grazie Restaurant downstairs, we were surprised at checkout as they tried to charge us a $49 service charge ontop of our meal cost which we refused to pay this hidden cost, they stated that the “service charge is a mandatory component of our pricing structure and is applied consistently to all applicable bills. This charge contributes towards maintaining our service standards, supporting staffing costs, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all guests” ridiculous, these hidden cost just ruins the experience.

Pros:

LOVED my Ceaser salad which I ate in restaurant. The staff were amazing. I have eaten in many restaurants both in NZ and overseas and my meal and service was a lot better than I`ve had elsewhere
