Rooms are small and not value for the money

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I checked in, there was no running water in the room. I was told it would be restored by 4:00 p.m., but even after waiting for several hours, there was still no water. It was very inconvenient because I couldn’t use the bathroom or take a shower. A hotel should ensure that basic facilities like water are available for guests. The staff’s communication was poor, and the issue took far too long to resolve. I would not recommend staying here unless these problems are properly addressed.

El hotel está muy nuevo pero la habitación fue muy pequeña y casi no cabía el equipaje. El baño también pequeño.
Lo peor fue que nos cobraron comisión por el pago con tarjeta sin avisarnos.

Hotel correct et bien situe bon rapport qualite prix

L etablissement est propre et bien tenu.
Malgre cela je recevais tres mal la wifi car ma chambre etait au boit du couloir et au dernier etage.

Uma boa estadia em Bogotá

A localização é excelente. O lugar é bem servido de lanchonetes, padarias, lojas, farmácias. Atrás do hotel tem um hospital de grande porte. Os funcionários me ajudaram e foram muitos educados. As instalações e decoração do hotel são bonitas. Combinam com a atmosfera de Bogotá artística.

Cons:

O café da manhã deveria ter um preço mais acessível. 36 mil pesos é o valor alto para um café. No meu quarto não tinha um secador de cabelo e também um frigobar. São dois itens essenciais, principalmente, o secador que é um item muito usado pelas mulheres. Bogotá estava fria e não pude lavar o cabelo com receio de pegar um resfriado.
