Pros:

Cerca al parque surisalcedo.

Cons:

Las paredes gris oscuro o negras en el corredor e interior del 3-4-5 piso y de las habitaciones. Dice piso 4 y es 5. El señor solo dijo: vaya y suba. No dijo donde quedaban las habitaciones. Parecía arriba una ratonera.

Buena relación calidad precio.

Cons:

El desayuno se sirve demasiado tarde, a partir de las 8:30 am, lo que impide que las personas que debamos salir temprano podamos aprovechar ese servicio que es ofrecido en el costo de la habitación.

Buen hotel, lastima la joven de recepción de la noche (Es grosera)
Pros:

Buen hotel, limpio cómodo y con buena ubicación.
La joven que atiende en el día en la recepción, (una que usa lentes) es muy amable y atenta.

Cons:

No me gustó la atención de la joven que esta en recepción por la noche. Es un poco grosera y tosca , sentí el trato como si uno no estuviera pagando y fuera un arrimado.

Pecima atención del personal, pedinrecwrbba con desayuno y nunca me informaron sobre este, toco pedir papel porque no dejaron y solo dejaron una toalla pésima atención de la persona de la recepción nada empatica no saluda y no da información oportuna

Cons:

Dicen que tienen parqueadero ...pero en realidad no es dejar el vehículo...moto o carro frente al hotel( una pequeña bahía) deberían aclarar ese punto ......la habitación olía mucho a humedad
