The property is very quiet and quaint. The intimate feel of this place was like that of bed and breakfast but with a hotel vibe.
The bathroom was very small and cramped with the angled ceiling. I had to be careful not to bump my head when using the toilet.
Great bed, clean bathroom and really good food at the restaurant
The WiFi failed often, and there was a lot of street noise.

I love this property; the location is unbeatable for a business trip and for reaching good restaurants in the area.
The staff can be a bit rude sometimes. The rooms can be pretty dark and small. The treadmill has stopped several times mid-run (but not on this occasion). It seemed fixed.
The facilities are beautiful. Breakfast is nice and the restaurant personnel in the morning is friendly and efficient. Location is fantastic in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and bars.
I was placed in one VERY smelly room and after I asked for I was changed to another one that was also smelly, not as bad as the first one. The guy in charge of the night shift didn't apologize or show any kind of interest, he just offered me the new room and told me he didn't have more options. I'm pretty easy going and it takes a lot for me to complain, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional. Rooms are hot as well. Service is just OK. There are some great people, but also some mediocre ones that don't represent the brand. This hotel used to be really good but it has lost its charm and uniqueness. I don't expect to stay there again.

Mi habitación tenía un resalto, entré y me caí y en la mañana me tropecé de nuevo y me hice daño entré un pie aún me duele. Me he quedado por lo menos 10 veces y nunca me había tocado una habitación tan mal pensada.

Houve alguns contratempos, entre eles, os principais: ruídos nas tubulações no quarto (fomos reacomodados) e falta de água em uma noite.
