Great location, fantastic food and the most friendly staff.
The room was a bit small and the window handle didn't work, but it wasn't important.
The charm of the hotel, the nice location, the great food at the restaurant and the rooms were very comfortable. Plus the staff is extremely nice!
Couple of miss-ups for a higher standard/ratings : we didn't have a shower curtain when checking in, our door room once couldn't close, and finally some repeated small problems about our orders at the restaurant.
Finally we had the junior suite and it smelled like food multiple times a day so a bit annoying.

+ El lugar es lindo, acogedor, bien decorado.
+ La comida es muy buena y la atención es perfecta.
- El concepto es como estar en una casa y ubicarse dentro del hotel puede ser complicado. No hay ascensor y si tienes dificultades de movilidad o vas con niños, comunicarlo para que te puedan ayudar.
I loved having portable water dispensers right outside my room. And it all looked so fancy and beautiful
The neighbors were very loud. Despite staying in a suite it just felt like a very big room. Not sure if its necessarily worth grabbing the suite
