Buon potenziale, ma varie cose da rivedere

La posizione ottima nella zona migliore di Chapinero

Cons:

Le lenzuola non erano pulitissime, con vecchie macchie ancora visibili.
La stanza non era ancora totalmente pronta all’ora del check-in, mancavano gli asciugamani, che ci sono stati consegnati quando richiesti la sera stessa, ma soprattutto non c’era la tenda della doccia. Dovendoci lavare, il pavimento si è naturalmente allagato, rendendo il bagno scivoloso. La mattina seguente per correttezza abbiamo segnalato la situazione al personale della reception, che ha risposto con grande freddezza e tono quasi infastidito.
In generale, considerando che avevamo una queen deluxe, il rapporto qualità prezzo non è dei migliori.
Si può trovare di meglio a Bogotà per questo budget.
Infine, gli interni e la stanza, per mio gusto personale, sono troppo scuri, anche durante il giorno.

Esperienza molto positiva. Struttura ottima e personale molto cortese e disponibile
Pros:

La struttura è bellissima e molto accogliente. Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti e non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà.
Ho bevuto due ottimi drink al bar dell’hotel

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, avec chambre très confortable et literie excellente. Le personnel est aux petits soins, restaurant et petit-déjeuners de qualité.

Cons:

Un bémol pour notre chambre donnant sur la rue dont la porte fenêtre ne fermait pas bien, le bruit peut être gênant. Des bouchons d’oreille étaient disponibles sur la table de nuit ;).

We had a delightful time and really enjoyed the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Location was awesome. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was excellent

The TV was big and took up a lot of space.

The location is great in a nice neigbourhood with a parc. The staff is friendly and the restaurant has a good a la carte breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dark and no daylight or opportunity to open the windows.

Charmant et cosy !
Pros:

l'hotel est vraiment charmant dans un quartier agréable et près de cafés et de restaurants !
Un petit patio solarium à l'étage rend le séjour encore plus confortable.

Cons:

La taille des lits pourrait être agrandie....En effet nous avons été surpris par les lits de petites tailles en Colombie.

The stay was excellent. Staff was great and overall an excellent experience
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The food was excellent as well as the drinks. Over all a great experience. I would definitely recommend and stay at the hotel again.

Cons:

The bed was to soft for my liking. I prefer a firmer bed.

L’accueil n’a pas était très agréable et nous avons eu une fuite d’eau dans notre salle de bain.

La douche est abondante et le lit confortable

Cons:

L’accueil n’est pas super sympa. Très européen. Si vous voulez une expérience plus colombienne, c’est un boutique hôtel assez standard. L’emplacement est vraiment mauvais, loin de tout et le quartier est vraiment moche, y’a rien à voir autour.
