Stylish hotel in a great location
Pros:

Very beautifully finished hotel in the heart of chapinero with great options for food and bars nearby. Short distance to Monserrate. Breakfast in the hotel was good and it was a nice atmosphere in HAB cafe. The free welcome cocktail on arrival is a nice touch.

Cons:

My room felt much smaller than the 20m squared room I had booked, and looked much less spacious than the photos. There was also no working fan in the room on arrival and the room was unbearably stuffy meaning I had to complain and wait for a replacement before being able to shower. Disappointing when arriving after a long journey.

ESPERABA MÁS...no mucho, pero al menos lo básico por el precio que cobran

Las instalaciones no están mal. Para personas de la tercera edad o discapacitados no vi mucho y esto puede ser problemático. El tercer piso sin elevador es un problema para muchos, pero es lo que es y se entiende. El personal es atento, la localización muy buena y es limpio y bonito

EL INTERNET!! Fui por trabajo y me toco desplazarme a un café a trabajar por la velocidad de conexión que tienen . ME PARECIÓ UNA VERGUENZA ABSOLUTA UNA VELOCIDAD DE 5 MB y después de todo lo que cobran si quiero una velocidad decente, debía de pagar 6 dólares por mejor velocidad??? ah , y el closet del cuarto es terrible. Lo demás estaba como uno espera

Great hotel but staff could use a few cues on how to deal with guests when problems arise.
Pros:

The hotel has comfortable rooms in a classic style in beautifully restored mansion. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The area marvelous for walking.

Cons:

We had an unfortunate incident with a blocked toilet when we arrived. The hotel staff insisted we had blocked it even though we hadn’t used it. After waiting more than an hour, we were finally moved to a different room.
