Decent but declining, if there is a manager they are either not on site or not paying attention!
Pros:

Location and proximity to shopping & restaurants. Quick elevators and room size and lay out was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was barebones minimal….not appealing or appetizing. Gym equipment was filthy, no sanitizer, no means to wipe down equipment after use….really poor! I would suggest getting front desk personnel a company polo so they look different than hotel guest or the general public.
