The place to stay in Tashkent for business
Pros:

Pros:

とにかくコスパが良い。設備は他の欧米系ホテルと比較すると少し見劣りするかもしれないが、快適に過ごすには十分以上。それにスタッフも対応・愛想が良く、子連れだったが快適に過ごせた。

Cons:

設備のメンテに手の届いてない所があるが、滞在には全く支障ない。

넓은 객실, 부실한 조식, 관리가 안되는 수영장
Pros:

객실이 넓고, 작업할 수 있는 테이블이 있고, 큰 소파가 있다.

Cons:

평이 좋았던 이탈리안 레스토랑이 문을 닫고 터키식당이 있었던 점이 실망스러웠다. 모든 식사를 밖에 나가야 했는데 주변은 공사장이라 택시로 시내까지 이동해야했다. 조식은 우즈베키스탄의 비슷한 금액대 호텔들에 비해 별로다. 어린 직원들은 정말 열심히 일을 했고 고마웠다. 하지만 재방문 의사는 없다. 수영장은 크고 좋았지만, 손님들의 체크아웃 시간 전(조식 식사후 손님들이 수영장에 많을때)에 외부인들의 수영 강습을 하고 있었다. 말도 안된다. 두개의 라인 중 하나를 그들이 차지해서 좁은 곳에서 손님들이 제대로 수영을 할 수가 없었다.

Отличный отель! Остались только самые приятные впечатления. Номера чистые, современные и очень уютные, завтраки вкусные, а атмосфера располагает к комфортному отдыху.

Отдельная благодарность сотрудникам Хожиакбару, Диёру и Шохрухбеку за профессионализм, внимательное отношение и искреннее гостеприимство. Благодаря им пребывание в отеле стало еще более приятным. Всегда были готовы помочь и решить любой вопрос с улыбкой.

Обязательно вернусь сюда снова и с удовольствием порекомендую этот отель друзьям и знакомым!

Hotel for business use - ideal from that point of view
Pros:

Breakfast & other meals were fine - good restaurant>
Room very comfortable with good air-conditioning

Cons:

Wanted to make use of the spa facilities, but absolutely nobody around to supervise them.
Towels were available, but used ones were just strewn everywhere around the changing rooms

Give it a miss if possible
Pros:

Stayed for one night at the start & end of our tour . The room itself was good , big with a separate wardrobe area & safe , bathrobes / slippers , twin beds , a sofa , a desk & tea / coffee making facilities.
The room was clean . The hairdryer had no usable nozzle & was a problem.

Check in was around 06.00am on our first day & our Tour Manager just gave Reception all our passports, which were ready for collection later .

Our 1st issue was the walk in shower , lovely rain head shower with lots of holes , sadly only about 6 of them worked . The floor was so slippery we put towels down so we didn’t fall over .

My bed felt like concrete & I slept on the sofa .

Breakfast was available from 7.00am . There looked to be a huge choice at first but lots of pastries & sweet items , not that much fruit choice , the omelettes were freshly cooked & this was fine . Green & Black Tea available & coffee from a machine .

Came back after a late afternoon tour , no dinner included for our group tonight, so went into the restaurant to look at a menu , there were some dishes that sounded ok , so asked for a beer and sat down .
Only to find the Hotel is Alcohol Free . We were amazed as we had not been told this in advance by our Tour Company .

Iced coffee it was then .

There is nothing else near the hotel , restaurants, bars , shops . The pavement wasn’t in the best condition, so walking in the dark was not good .

On our return night the shower worked &the bed must have had a mattress topper on it .

Dinner was proved , salad was ok , chicken was dry & overcooked.

We were told we couldn’t all have a banana for breakfast as I guess this might have wiped out the supply with 19 of us .

The Mercury North looked a better option & I wonder why our Tour Company didn’t choose that .

Not the most pleasant start & finish to our trip .
