El trato del personal.

Cons:

La disposición de los muebles. El armario justo al lado de la cama. Al levantarte te das. La cocina justo enfrente de la cama. Las luces no son claras.

Прибирають щодня та якісно, у номері завжди ідеальна чистота.

Cons:

Сніданок расчарував. На фото на сайті все виглядало зовсім інакше, за фактом пропонують лише омлет на основне, навіть без жодних свіжих овочів. Ніякої звукоізоляції, всболютно все чути що відбувалось в коридорі. Ванна кімната дуже мініатюрна.

Вкрай розчаровані сервісом. Під час прибирання персонал зіпсував миючим засобом приватну річ (футболку). Найбільше обурила реакція готелю: замість вибачень чи відшкодування збитків нам просто відповіли "таке буває". Повний непрофесіоналізм та абсолютна байдужість до гостей.

Nem erre számítottam!Az ágy kényelmetlen.A jól felszerelt konyha mese!Takarítani mindennap jönnek.

A matrac túl puha,az ágy inog ,recseg ropog,ha forgolódsz és csak 140 cm széles,100 kg alatt jó két személynek,de nem profi mindent a szemnek!A konyha nem praktikus alig lehet mosogatni,pl. egy lapos tányér nem fér bele rendesen,edényt ahová felborogatni és főzés szempontjából is alig felszerelt.egy kb.1,5 literes fazék,tésztaszürő,fedő egy sem volt,nincs egy serpenyő,kettő kanál, kettő villa,kettő kenőkés ami alig vág.2 lapos nagy és 2 kistányér ,2 mélytányér.Semmi több!!Mosogatni kettő zacskó egyszer hasznáható pár mliliteres bekészítve. Egy hétre kikészítettek egy tekercs wc papírt a legsilányabb lehelet vékony,keskeny papírt.Szerencse,hogy a főzőlap, hűtő,mikró működik!A közös konyhában sincsen edény,eszközök!Főzni majdnem lehetetlen,kivétel egy gyorsleves ,tészta!Nevetségesen alulfelszerelt,nincs semmi más csak amit fentebb leírtam!A recepcióra leadtam az ajtót nyitó műanyag kártyát,amikor visszatértünk,nem volt a helyén.Ebből az látszik,hogy a recepciósok azt sem tudják mit csinálnak,valószínűleg diákmunkások nem állandó alkalmazottak,felelősség nulla igaz rögtön adtak mást!A konyhát szóvá tettem,kértem jöjjön fel nézze meg,de nem hiszem el,hogy nincs egy serpenyő meg fedők! Erre elkezdett telefonálni spanyolul a fiatal lány,mert azt sem tudják mi kellene legyen egy komplett konyhai felszerelésben!Lassú ügyintézés miatt aztán otthagytam mérgemben. Nem a megoldáson járt az esze az illető hölgynek inkább húzta az időtt,vagy tudta,hogy hiányos a"jól felszerelt konyha" és igazam van,de leakart rázni!.Láttam már ilyen szállást ,ahol mindent elkövetnek látszólag ,de senki sem tudja mit csinál a bal kéz meg a jobb kéz,meg nem is érdekli csak teljen a munkaidő!Olcsó húsnak bizony híg a leve!A reggeli bőséges,változatos,de zöldségnek, híre helye sincsen,kivétel préselt,folyékony paradicsompüré!Külön árulnak pénzért pl.Danon joghurtot,amikor lejár utolsó nap kiteszik az ingynes részre,vicces!

Možnost bazéna na terase, blízkosť k moru, milý personál, raňajky, balkón

Na izbe sme mali len malé uteráky (nie osušky), vždy sme mali len jednu rolku toaletného papiera a pravidelne sme si museli pýtať od upratovačiek ďalšiu. Posteľ bola malá, iba jeden spoločný vankúš:( Nefungovala malá lampička na izbe. Neodtekalo umývadlo v kúpeľni.

Poder disfrutar más de la playa, cada vez que vamos a este hotel.
Pros:

Como siempre la cercanía a la playa.
También agradezco que me dieran la habitación en un piso alto y así poder ver Valencia y las huertas de Alboraya.
Y su terraza muy chula.

Cons:

La habitación que era para dos, era pequeña, de hecho la cama estaba pegada a la pared.

Pros:

Nos ha encantado! Es perfecto a la hora calidad precio, al lado de ambas playas, y con muchísimas instalaciones como piscina, billar, sala de cine… Repetiremos si o si! Os lo recomiendo si os queréis ir de escapada!!!

Pros:

Las instalaciones de fuera estaba muy bien y el trato del personal fue excepcional.

Cons:

La habitación no era como en la foto. La cama era un poco inestable, había hormigas en la cocina, los utensilios de cocina eran insuficientes y no había ningún sitio para tender la ropa de playa teniendo en cuenta la localización.
