Bueno comodo y caro

Practico comodo, bien ubicado, moderno

Cons:

Las habitaciones no las limpiaron, por lo menos cuando no pusimos el cartel de no molestar, dado que no poseen señalización para que si hagan el servicio, por ende uno entiende que lo harán por defecto. el desayuno por el precio de la estancia es muy básicos.

Habitaciones amplias y completas con todo lo necesario y más…
El desayuno con opciones saludables y muy bueno.
El personal siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar y resolver cualquier situación.
La ubicación es perfecta si vas de compras y hay de todo a pocos minutos en carro.

Not that much , we will not return to this Hotel

Cons:

We ask for a Walking Shower during our reservation, we arrived late night and the guy at the reception desk did not follow our request, on the next day we ask to get in contact with the manager to resolve this issue and then we move to another room. The pressure of the shower is another issue, is very low.

This property was the epitome of good customer service, they kept my luggage for a few days whilst I was away on a cruis
Pros:

Very clean, customer-focused staff and close proximity to malls and airports.

Cons:

To be ultra-critical the only issue I have was that I killed a small cockroach in the bathroom on my second day at the hotel.
