Cons:

Que mando a un huésped importante y para hacerme la factura y cargo me exigen que mande foto de mi INE Y mi tarjeta de crédito por ambos lados. Eso en México es un claro fraude y todos los bancos y redes sociales te lo tienen prohibido. Mientras no solucionen eso, no puedo mandar a los huéspedes que recibo en Mérida.
Para el 26 de septiembre eran 70 habitaciones, pero con estas condiciones, no veo la manera.

El desayuno no estuvo al nivel de otros buffets que he conocido en hoteles de 5* en México.
Pero lo peor fue la atención a mi llegada. Llegué temprano y pedí un adelanto de la entrada a la habitación (aclarando desde el principio que estaba dispuesto a pagar el cargo) y la persona que me atendió fue realmente desatenta y con ninguna empatía, repitiendo simplemente que no había ninguna habitación disponible. Solo cuando pedí hablar con el gerente del hotel, consultó a una compañera que estaba en el mostrador de al lado y sin más trámite me ofrecieron inmediatamente una habitación a cambio de un pequeño pago.

MALAS ALMOHADAS Y LAS QUE PEDI LAS FUNDAS OLIAN MAL. POCA ILUMINACION EN EL ESPEJO PARA MAQUILLARTE PARA UNA BODA. NO DEJAN PRODUCTOS EN EL SERVIBAR PARA COMPRAR. COMO ES POSIBLE ?? Y PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA EN EL DESAYUNO. NUNCA NOS TRAJERON LA ORDEN DEL MENÚ Y TODAVÍA LA CAPITANA COBRÓ LOS CAFES Y EL PAN DULCE.
