Beautiful, friendly, clean, and accessible. A special thank you to Danna at the reception.
Pros:

Staff are friendly, and even provided a chocolate birthday cake for my daughter and surprised her with a happy birthday song with us. It was a fantastic and memorable vacation for my family, especially for my birthday girl. A special thank you to the kitchen team at Podium.

No view in the first room we had.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location, good carpark and friendly staff.
Pros:

Loved the fresh fruit salad and oat milk at breakfast, the grilled mushrooms and scrambled eggs were also yummy. The room was lovely, very clean, great mountain view, comfy beds and good shower pressure.

Cons:

Watties baked beans at breakfast please. Not enough room between dining tables to avoid scraping past diners on the way to and from the buffet. Unfortunate check in with staff member telling us our card had declined when the funds were there but on hold, a training issue but embarrassing and upsetting to us. Thankfully, her colleague sorted it promptly but it shouldn't have happened.
