Very clean and convenient to down town amenities
Cons:

It’s nice to be acknowledged when coming and going past reception desk. One staff member did this - others did not - understood if they were helping someone else but if they are just reading a computer screen I believe it’s nicer to look up briefly and acknowledge the guest then go back to work.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Chambre parfaite pour 3 adultes en revanche une toute petite fenêtre, presque une lucarne pour une chambre de 24 m2.
Petit déjeuner très moyen, café filtres, pas d’expresso, les œufs servis au compte goutte.

a great base for exploring Inverness.
Pros:

We stayed for one night as a family and had a good experience. The rooms were a good size, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of both the town centre and the beautiful River Ness.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

We did not have breakfast, so unfortunately cannot comment on that. There is limited parking available at the rear of the hotel, but it is also conveniently located within walking distance of the train station.

Overall, a great base for exploring Inverness.

Hôtel parfait pour nos 2 jours de visite. Très bon emplacement . Personnel très aimable et efficace .

Pros:

We liked the location, staff, breakfast was good but not enough selection, e.g. scrambled or poached eggs available, room was clean

Cons:

Room was small and odd shape, telly was in an alcove with only one armchair, so you couldn't see it from the bed, a lot of programmes were unavailable. not a lot of space in room to unpack clothes. Breakfast was good but hot water flask for tea wasn't hot, had to use dinner plates for side plates, just some small moans that shouldn't happen for this price.

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station and centre. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons:

Buffet style breakfast was well stocked but the food was not hot enough and was a little overcooked. Hot water for the tea was not hot enough.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Bathroom was nice. Location is good.

Cons:

Terrible value for money. Room had very bad smell and the bin outside the lift was overflowing and very bad smell. It was like that for 24 hours and no one noticed. Breakfast was terrible. I asked why we were charged double the price of other nights and no response.
