Loud noise from large family at night slamming doors and talking VERY loudly in hallways. Cleaning staff were arguing in

Nice area, easy parking

Cons:

No response from staff on fresh towels, Kleenex and tp, even though requested. They actually took my request off the concierge without filling order.

Nice for one night, but not the 5 star experience you might expect.
Pros:

It has everything you need: gym, sauna, pool, spa etc.

Cons:

The fact that pool and whirlpool are in the narrow courtyard leads to a) the whole hotel being able to watch you (all the rooms face the courtyard) b) there is almost no sun.

The furnitures in our room where old and had marks everywhere. Needs renovation. One out of two elevators was continuously out of service which led to a lot of waiting time on the other.

Pros:

Very affordable and location was fine. I liked being greeted with sparkling water and not having to pay for water. I enjoyed having access to the fitness center and that there was a steam room and sauna and toiletries available.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub being so close to the bar area made it less relaxing. The bed was extremely soft and even though we changed to firmer pillows, we did not have a great night's sleep. Not having a microwave in the room to heat up. Leftovers was not ideal. The aesthetic in the room was cold and not feminine enough. (I didn't need the picture of Alexander Graham Bell's face on the wall while I sleep) -

Excellence in every way. Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Clean, beautifully designed and decorated, smells of a spa in the hallways, easy parking, friendly and professional staff, gorgeous room, great location, loved the pool/hot tub with bar. Also, pedi-cabs all around to take us to venue (Shoreline).

Cons:

Nothing to say here.

Relaxing, stylish hotel in great location
Pros:

The hotel is modern and feels like a calm oasis. They team have thought of all the small details. Many American hotels feel like you are being constantly sold to, here they feel genuinely welcoming. The pool in the inner atrium is nice and relaxing, there are free bikes to cycle around the Google campus and large park adjacent to the hotel, the rooms are clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The music at the pool was a bit loud

Good stay, but more a 4 star hotel experience instead of 5 star
Pros:

- The facilities were great: Gym / Sauna / Pool
- Parking (although extra fee)
- Housekeeping everyday

Cons:

- So stil a 7 due to elevator briefly out of order (had to take stairs to 5th floor with 5 year old daughyer, nice workout though)
- Free fruit was already gone and taken by selfish guests who took the whole bowl
