The property offers so much in such a small oasis feel. I loved the eatery inside the hotel and the convenience it offered. The foods were fantastic
The vibe of the hotel is very relaxing, the gym and sauna area are such a great bonus, very thought out.
The convenience of parking is fantastic and helped me feel more secure, especially because I arrived late in the evening.
The pool was to chilly for my liking but still very nice and enjoyable to relax.
The body wash and shampoo scent are HORRENDOUS, smells like lice shampoo and chokes you out.
I didn’t like the elevator, the buttons don’t work well and I got stuck for a moment due to the lobby button sticking and it’s a fear of mine to be stuck in small spaces.
The shower also is poorly designed and it leaked all over the floor. As well as very flat pillows.
The room and hotel were so clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and super friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but the area looked nice and comfortable to kill some time.
Not so much what I didn't like, overnight parking was an additional $20, so heads up.
Luxury location! Walkable to Shoreline Amphitheater. Met interesting people at the pool!

Restaurant was great. The hotel room was clean.
The A/C was broken and when I mentioned it they seemed to already know. Also the hotel was mostly empty but they put someone right above us. Definitely ask for a room on the top floor. The bed was about shot and there was only about 10 inches to scoot around the bed because of a chair in our room. It was clean though so served its purpose. Thankfully the window opened and it was a cool night.

The pool is nice - but it sucks that there aren't enough seats.
There is nothing to eat in the hotel from 11:00 AM. Everything is not working, neither the cafe nor the restaurant.
