This was not a pleasant experience and scored far below expectations
Pros:

I felt very misled by the good reviews as the property wasn’t the same property as pictured or described. There is very limited parking to literally five spots and no back up parking or any type of public parking even available which means carrying your luggage items from over five blocks away. We picked this facility to have a kitchen but wasted the food and grocery items that were too heavy to carry half a mile from the car. There isn’t even a loading zone, literally nothing and a tiny parking lot you can’t stop and unload in. Not a great experience.

Cons:

No parking or loading/unloading zones. The buildings are spread out with no real amenities yet they charge you a “resort” fee.

breakfast was good, nice to have hot food

Cons:

they were changing the key card system and our key wouldn,t work. Had to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half waiting for the person to get there to fix it. 9 pm till 10:40.

i would recommend this location to anyone staying in the surrounding area
Pros:

Rhe overall size of the room was a litle small but they used the space wisely. I was surprised by the closet in the room and the kitchen with an oversized refrigerator great for families.
Your front staff - Alisha- was very helpful and very friendly
The woman who handled the morning breakfast was always refilling the food, cleaning and making sure everything was perfect.

Our 4 night stay was very relaxing and they were central to several parks that we enjoyed strolling through.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful . They served a variety of delicious breakfast foods. The whole facility was well maintained and clean. There were lots of people staying there, yet it remained very quiet in our room.

Breakfast was mediocre. Shower was great, but showerhead drips for about 30 minutes onto metal drain plate creating a disruptive room noise after shower if off.

We always enjoy staying at Towne suites. The people are very friendly and are dedicated to the helping their guests. Breakfast is great, spinach quiche delicious.
