Avoid if possible
Pros:

Nice and clean facility. Conveniently located near the freeway and some restaurants that are open late at night. Quiet area.

Cons:

The parking fee is ridiculous. Your hotel room prices are already higher than other hotels and on top of that you hold your guests hostages with mandatory parking fee of $12 a day. That's shameful. I would NOT stay here again during my next visit. In addition, the staff is so BLAH. Not greetings. No smiles. Just direct talk and they hush you away. Great new facility. Terrible staff.

Worst service - SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Jose Freemont
Pros:

The worst of the worst. I stayed here for 4 days and they would only come in and pickup trash when pressed hard the day before i checkout. Bedsheet on day 1 was not fresh and I asked for a clean up the next day - Nothing was done. Fresh towel delivered only when I call for it. Frankly I have better service in lower tier hotel. Should try different hotels nearby.

Thankful for a wonderful stay!
Pros:

Thankful for the staff (kudos to Ms. Bernie and others :). Enjoyed our stay because nights were quiet, rooms were clean, and the pool and exercise room are well maintained. So far, this hotel is on our top two on our top ten list (and we've stayed in a number of hotels).

Pros:

Location is great! The room was clean, comfortable and staff are very friendly and professional. The atmosphere of this Springhill hotel is calm and quiet. Special Kudos to Bernie, kitchen staff, for the awesome service!

A great experience
Pros:

My family and I stayed at Springhill Suites in Fremont CA. We had a great time. Service is excellent especially the food server, Bernie. She is a great example of how service providers should be. God bless you all!

Pros:

My favorite place to stay when I'm in the Fremont area. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Rooms are always nice and a reasonable price as well. You can't beat it.

Clean new

Cons:

1st floor ice machine was not working and never got fixed our had an out of service sign put up.
Bar closed before closing time. Bathroom didn’t have enough towel hooks.
