Pros:

Large beautiful hotel with many facilities

Cons:

Room maintenance is slightly behind and towel service is not accurate. My room airco could not be put out or lowered for the night, 2 nights my towels were incomplete.

Pros:

I had an excellent experience during my stay, thanks to a truly dedicated team. Special recognition to Front Desk Manager Mr. Akpan, whose leadership and professionalism set the tone from arrival.

I was especially impressed by the attention to detail shown by Mr. Peter, Mr. Victor, and Olajumoke each consistently attentive and proactive. The service team was equally outstanding: Nekabari, Ayomide, and Chika delivered warm and efficient service as waitresses, while Vivian and Gladys created a welcoming atmosphere as hostesses.

Victor (waiter) ensured every dining experience was smooth and enjoyable, and Tola at the bar provided top-tier service with great skill. Peter, the Supervisor, clearly upholds high standards across the team.

Overall, this team exemplifies excellence in hospitality. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression.

Great Aesthetics. Deep dive into Rich African Cuisines on Wednesday nights.
Pros:

I love the Aesthetics and ambience of the Marriott Ikeja, Lagos.
Don't miss Wednesday night buffet. It's what everyone coming to Africa should look forward to.
A rich connection of assorted Nigerian cuisine and traditional snacks.
The personnel are friendly and well grilled in service.
Overall, I had a good time.

** Area for improvement:
Handling laundry returns.
I had some mix up in my laundry, but the laundry supervisor later resolved the issues.

Overall,a very pleasant, memorable experience.

A nice surprise
Pros:

Amazing hotel for first stay in Lagos
Pros:

Beautiful hotel to welcome you to the city of Lagos, food choices are amazing, pool, entertainment is there. If I am in Lagos again I will be sure to stay there again.
