Prima Lage zum Besuch der Stadt.
Kleinigkeiten: viele Touristen (Gruppen), die sich oft in der Lobby drängeln. Im Hotel verläuft sich die Menge dann zum Glück.
Praktisch jeden Tag stehen große Mengen an Koffern in der Lobby, die gerade angeliefert wurden oder auf den Abtransport warten.

The hotel is so convenient, located opposite Nijo Station. The Moxy vibe and feel is really well done, from the lobby to the rooms. Friendly and helpful front office (Marriott Lake Biwa could learn from them) as well as comfortable rooms. For Gold Elite and above there's complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby plus we appreciated the pillow spray.
Beds are comfortable, rooms are pretty sound proof. If you come with more than 2 large suitcases it may be tight (it is a Moxy) but we didn't have any issues and the shower pressure was good.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Location near a train station and out of the central madness. Hotel is modern, good size room and very clean. Water purifier machine in room so drinkable water on tap! Staff helpful and approachable. Gym downstairs always empty. Quiet rooms (never heard another guest despite it being busy). Rooms attended to every day. Loved our stay. Great value.
The luggage transfer system was a bit glitchy but got there in the end with staff help! Laundry always in use in evenings too so hard to get a machine if on your travels.
