Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Good stay with area to enhance
Pros:

The Hotel.
The staff, & how they welcome us in the reception.

Cons:

1. The breakfast. The food was good, but the variety was quite limited and did not meet my expectations for this kind of hotel.
2. it was difficult to find staff around the swimming pool area when assistance was needed.

Okay. Nice weather, strategic location, good foods.
Pros:

Selesa. Bersih.

Cons:

Terlalu kosong in terms of amenities.
No snacks or drinks on the table or even fridge. Walaupun not complementary letak je & inform je custom upon checkin, kami faham.

Excellent location, reception and greeting area staff are attentive and helpful.
Pros:

Great location and hotel is very clean and reception staff was courteous and helpful. Have a nice and comprehensive gym

Cons:

The housekeeping staff are not well-trained. I asked for a small towel, also thro the reception staff. It was given only on the second day. We also do not have the face towel until the last day.
after the room was cleaned, I found the 2 trash bins , both in the toilet not in its original location.

Pleasant and comfortable!
Pros:

I liked the premier room, as it was very spacious and had a lovely balcony! Over and above that, the location of the hotel itself is really strategic (close by amenities within Tanah Rata).

Cons:

The local breakfast spread (nasi lemak and curry noodles) was not up to par.
