From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Need more bath gel and moisturiser in rooms, suggest consider installing large dispensers for bath gel and shampoo in shower - in longer run, this may be more economical than small bottles

It did the job just fine. Clean, but weird.

Good location close to town.

If you like liminal spaces and The Shining this is the place for you. Hilariously large balcony with our rooms on the second floor, completely pointless as there was no furniture to sit outside.

The pool was a bit bleak - again, in acres of space but no furniture around. Cold water too so the kids weren’t really interested.

Breakfast options were fine, but started getting a bit cold and sparse by the time we got down there about 8.45.

Относительно новый отель. Расположен в центре города, но на холме. Хороший вид на город.

Cons:

В номере не хватает мелочей. При заселении не хватало полотенец. Попросили, тут же принесли. Скорее 4 звезды, чем 5.

Helpful staff but needs improvement on the facilities.
Pros:

The staff is helpful and friendly. We got a twin sharing room with balcony and a full view of the city.

Cons:

The breakfast spread especially croissants and danish is not that soft on the first day but it doesn’t affect my stay.

The biggest thing is the water pressure is low in the morning. It’s quite disappointing because my kids are looking forward to have fun in the bathtub before checking out. They should check it regularly especially on the busiest weekend in CH
