This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

“Nice hilltop location with a beautiful view and comfortable sleep, but the lack of drinking water and a hair dryer was
Pros:

It’s located on a high hill with a beautiful view. The place is clean, and the room is very comfortable for sleeping. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Cons:

I paid quite a lot for this hotel, but I was very disappointed with my recent stay.

There was no hair dryer provided, and no complimentary drinking water in the room. Some guests, including myself, do not feel comfortable drinking filtered water directly from the sink.

The first time I stayed here, everything was great and all the basic amenities were provided. However, during my recent stay, the experience was not satisfactory at all.

Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be staying here again in the future.

Poor guest management
Pros:

Location was nice and quite.
Easy access to outside food.
Big room with balcony.

Cons:

Not given a room at 3pm standard check in time.
Only checked in at 5.30pm and was not given the 7th floor room which we was asked to wait for 1 hour but had to settle with 6th floor.
Housekeeping did not make up the room multiple times.
Door could not be lock during indoor stay.
Bellboy did not attend to our luggage until we came down to ask. During check out, he was not patient and willing to help with the luggage arrangements.
Pillow was not fluffy and feels like old pillow.
Blanket was not thick and felt cold during the night.
Despite informing the receptionist to do a full room service which include to change the bedsheet and refill tea and coffee packets, and to replace our towel. BUT NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!!
WE NEED TO CALL RECEPTIONIST 3 TIMES BEFORE OUR RECEIVING OUR NEW TOWEL.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit umfangreichen Frühstück und ganz netten Mitarbeitern.
Zentral gelegen man ist überall schnell.
Restaurants sind reichlich vor Ort und schnell zu erreichen.

Bad traffic, bad service. Better more options with the same amount of price you pay.
Pros:

Location in the vicinity of Tanah Rata, ample parking, wide family room.

Cons:

1. The bed linen was not changed when we checked in at 4PM. We asked it to be changed but only after i complained 4 times at the concierge and only changed after 9PM.
2. Booked family room for 4 and added 1 additional bed but only give 2 towels while additional bed and towels only come after i complained 4 times. Also only get it after 9PM.
3. Room is spacious but only 1 shower for family room. Worse than apartment homestay.

One of the best in cameroon
Pros:

Clean and has a great layout

Cons:

I booked for one night and then suddenly wanted to book for another night they told me the room is booked and had to change the room they could’ve left me this room and gave the other person the other room. Flexibility was bad

Everything was excellent except check in process.

Cons:

We arrived at around 3 PM, but the rooms were still not ready. If I hadn’t insisted and followed up with the staff, I felt like we might have ended up waiting indefinitely in the lobby.

In the end, we also couldn’t get rooms on the same floor because we prioritized getting into hour rooms as soon as possible rather than waiting even longer.

This was one of the main flaws during our stay, and honestly, we were quite disappointed about this part of the experience. I hope the hotel can improve its check-in and room readiness process to avoid similar situations for future guests.

Nice stay but a bit expensive
Pros:

The room was nice, it was pretty comfortable for a couple. The restaurant terrace was really nice, taking coffee with a view was a real pleasure. Personnel was nice as well.

Cons:

The balcony wasn't really useful, there're no chairs or table to sit and chill. The sauna was off. A bit expensive for what it was.
