Location was excellent; central to attracrions.

Location that's it.
Glass on the room floor , the grandson cut his foot on it. There was no manager on site to deal with it. Shocking treatment. Told customer service would deal with complaint within 48 hours. Did not get back to me, had to phone again. Then, he passed off for another 48 hours. Complaint ongoing.

The location is good and the room was clean
The breakfast is pretty awful. Tinned fruit rather than fresh and the hot items kept running out and not replenished. A few pastry items and some orange juice, that’s about it.
The coffee making facilities in the room is a sachet of instant coffee, honestly, the room looks cheaper with the instant coffee. For £250 per night, if the hotel is going to advertise as 3*, make it 3* prices.

Great Hotel in a great location.breakfast is fantastice great choice of food .staff are very nice and helpfull .i have now stayed in this hotel twice last year and so far once this year but plan to go back in a few month time .there is so much to do in piccadilly.

Staff not particularly friendly and could have been a little more helpful in assistance with car parking. Duvets for double beds were a bit small to cover two people comfortably.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great location for visitors. Staff were friendly.
The seating in the breakfast area was a little uncomfortable if you were unable to sit at a regular table and chair. More choice of milks, (non dairy alternatives and gluten free bread) would be an improvement.
