Cons:

Nápad dobrý, provedení špatné.
Stejně jako většina ubytovacích zařízení v Mariánských Lázních je toto provozováno jakousi firmou pochybné východní provenience a na stylu fungování je to vidět.
Jde o rádoby plně automatizované ubytování, přišly nám samozřejmě nefunkční kódy, takže jsme je pozdě v noci museli mámit po WhatsAppu z nějakého chatbota, protože prostřednictvím zvonku se v reálu nikomu nedovoláte.
Veškeré problémy se řeší rovněž přes chatbota, tzn. velmi špatně. Fakturu jsme z nich museli lámat několik dní.
Apartmány se snaží vypadat hezky, ovšem většina z nich je dost mrňavá a je to spíše taková lepší studentská kolej než "hotel".

Cons:

Nejde o ubytování, ale o online check-in, který je katastrofální a navíc bych řekl že v rozporu s gdpr. Cestuji po celé Evropě a v podstatě žiji po hotelích a ubytováních. Toto nejhorší zkušenost. Byl jsem tam již po několikáté, a vždy problém s vytvořením registrace. Telefonní linka nefunguje. Již nikdy více. A ještě vyžaduji turistický poplatek, přestože označíte business.
