Pros:

Отлично провели наши каникулы! Дети остались довольны! Мы жили в 55 кВ.м, номер был чистым, постирали вещи перед отъездом. Рядом магазины с нормальными ценами, чистый бассейн, море рядом! Спасибо персоналу за заботу, особенно Давиду, который решил наш вопрос оперативно! Менеджер по звонку решала все вопросы, а также были на связи постоянно. Обязательно приеду еще раз!

ჭურჭელი იყო შედარებით ძველი და დალაქული, ასევე მაცივარს ქონდა არასასიამოვნო სუნი და საყინულე არ იღებოდა საერთოდ, მოგვიწია ერთი ღამე მაცივრის გამორთვა. ვისურვებდი პერსონალს შეემოწმებინა ყველაფერი სანამ ახალ სტუმრებს შეუშვებენ.

Pros:

Замечательное расположение отеля , ребята на рецепшене отзывчивые и помогают во всем что необходимо , можно получить ответы так же по вацапу без долгого ожидания 24/7. Бассейн просто супер работает целый день дочь была в восторге от вечернего купания после заката. Возле бассейна бтльшое количество лежаков для отдыха.
Комнаты чистые и есть все для приятного времяпрепровождение. Даже кастрюли и сковородки были кстати. Пешая доступность к морю и центральной набережной. Рестораны на территории отеля с хорошим выбором европейской и грузинской кухни. Завтрак в отеле был удобным началом дня. На территории так же есть продуктовые магазины и магазин косметики что очень удобно

Very good experience
Pros:

Great location,, awesome swimming pool, good facilities,, everything is near inside the compound ( resturants, supermarkets, shops, exchange office)..
I would like to thank Mr David and all the reception team members who helped me and my family a lot when needed..

Cons:

We took an apartement, the master room is too small with no closet .. .. the couch / Sofa bed was not clean .. in general the cleaning services needs improvement ..

אהבנו את שבמתחם של המלון יש מסעדות והסופרים זה היה נוח. ובריכה גדולה רק חבל שאין מציל ומגבות.

הגענו מעט מוקדם למלון , המתנו שעות רבות עד לקבלת החדר, אין חדר לשמירת מזוודות מה שגרם לנו לבזבז יום שלם בלי לעשות כלום בעצם, החדרים היו עם לחות גבוהה ולא נעים לשהות בו. ביקשנו מיטה נוספת, אך קיבלנו ספה נפתחת שהייתה מאוד לא נוחה, ו הצוות לא ממש קשוב. בנוסף ביום הראשון הייתה הפסקת מים במלון למשך מספר שעות, מה שפגע משמעותית בחוויית השהייה. ומיקום די מרוחק מהמרכז.

Spacious apartment with great amenities, but cleanliness could be improved
Pros:

The room was spacious with large windows and a fully equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed, including private Wi-Fi, a safe, an iron, a hairdryer, and a washing machine (you need to bring your own laundry detergent). The breakfast was tasty and various. The location is also great, just a short walk to the beach. The room was cleaned regularly, and towels were changed every day or every other day.

Cons:

Although the room had clearly been cleaned and the bed linen and towels were fresh, it didn't feel truly clean upon arrival. The stained sofa, dirty curtains, dirty windows, a worn and permanently stained table, and the smell of cigarette smoke made the room feel less inviting. It was disappointing that even our clothes absorbed the lingering cigarette smell during our stay.
Breakfast could also be better organized. Restaurant always seemed to be busy, more guests arrived than the restaurant was able to accommodate, so food trays were often left empty for some time. Of course, part of the problem is also guest behavior, as many people took far more food than they could eat, resulting in a lot of unnecessary waste.

Gavome apartamentus 17 aukšte. Geras vaizdas pro langa. Patogios lovos. Labai gerai išsimiegojome. Gerai veikia kondicionierius.
