I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and can highly recommend it! From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere, hospitality, and attention to detail made my stay truly enjoyable.

A very special thank you goes to Ayoub, Jessica, and Maria at the reception. All three were absolutely outstanding! They were incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their warm hospitality and dedication to making guests feel comfortable truly set this hotel apart.

It’s rare to come across such a fantastic reception team. Ayoub, Jessica, and Maria are a real asset to the hotel, and their exceptional service deserves special recognition from management.

The front office agent Mohamed Sahl if I am not wrong

Cons:

This my second stay first one room was amazing this time room was in bad condition and shower head broken and room not clean so one was good one was not

اعجبني هدوء الفندق والخدمة المميزة بجميع طاقم الفندق ولفت انظاري تعامل واخلاق الاستاذ ايوب المغربي على تعامله الراقي والجميل وقمة الاحترام والف تحيه لادارة الفندق وصاحب الفندق على هذا التنظيم والخدمه الطيب، الفندق قريب من مطعم سوري والعديد من المطاعم المتنوعه وبالقرب من سوبر ماركت يبعد عن برج خليفة 18 دقيقة بالسيارة وعن جميرة 6 دقائق
