Très bon séjour, mais le personnel de l’hôtel devrait être plus présent et à l’écoute.

Cons:

Un manque de services ( pas de restauration alors que c’était annoncé et pas de proposition claire de remplacement surtout pour une arrivée un samedi soir, miroir de salle de bain ne s’éclairant pas).

Posizione eccellente, vista stupenda fronte mare e direttamente sulla passeggiata di Camogli. Colazione top in terrazza con cibo fatto in casa

Cons:

La pulizia era sull’orlo della sufficienza e per una camera venduta come junior suite a 500€ a notte direi che non è ok. La camera era ristrutturata da poco ma con finiture poco curate. Era dotata di un affaccio sul mare, una sorta di porta finestra con mini balconcino. Bellissima l’idea delle vetrate ma vanno pulite! Erano sporche e con insetti morti nell’intercapedine della porta finestra. Tavolo e sedie in ecopelle anche esse sporche. Mentre il personale che ci ha accompagnato nel garage e’ stato molto cordiale e gentile, I colleghi della reception un po meno. Abbiamo richiesto con largo anticipo di poter usufruire del parcheggio anche dopo il check out. Un collega ci aveva confermato la sera prima (previa verifica disponibilità) mentre le colleghe la mattina dopo ci hanno negato il parcheggio.

Everything was amazing! The location, the breathtaking view, the lovely staff, the delicious breakfast and the wonderful Camogli.
Specially Paulo, that made our stay amazing! And Luana that been very communicative and helped my husband to surprise me with a birthday cake 🥹🌸
Our room has the most wonderful view and an amazing terrace. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back!

In my opinion, all depends on the room you receive. Always pick the best option to have a wonderful stay, it will be absolutely worth it!

Pros:

Die Lage mit Ausblick auf Meer und hübsches Kirchlein und farbige Häuser und nahe zum Zug, das Zimmer mit Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, der Charme des Gebäudes, das leckere Frühstück, besonders der Porridge und Capuccino. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Föhn war zu schwer und zu anstrengend, man musste auch noch dauernd auf den Knopf drücken. Finken wären auch noch angenehm gewesen, wegen des kalten Bodens. Für Leute mit körperlichen Einschränkungen ist das Hotel nicht geeignet, da es keinen Lift hat und steile Treppen.
Schade, dass man im Hotel kein Mittagessen und Abendessen essen kann.
