Hotel facilities, cleanness and staff are great. The staff especially! Super kind and caring, always smiling and also really good at communicating in English. Hotel rooms, beds and pillows are very comfortable and AC works really well. Having a room with the sea view made it all more magic too, as the colors at both sunset and sunrise are really special.
The only reason why I didn’t give the highest score for location is because chatan is very close to the American Village, which doesn’t feel truly authentic. Though this is just a small detail and it has nothing to do with the quality levels of the hotel. Also, chatan is a really good location to explore the rest of the island because it’s kind in the middle so it’s easy to go both south and north from there.

The rooftop pool was nice and the rooms were spatious.
There is only cleaning if you stay for at least 7 nights. This feels insufficient if you stay for 5-6 nights.
L'emplacement avec plein de restaurant à 10-15 minutes. Plage magnifique à 20 minutes en voiture. Et piscine sur le toit avec vue magnifique et super coucher de soleil.

Everything from the staff to the amenities and the location was absolutely wonderful for our first trip to Okinawa!
We arrived the night before a pretty intense typhoon hit and we felt incredibly safe and well-prepared by the staff. They were very calm and made sure to remind us to charge our devices, fill water bottles and make a trip to the convenience stores before everything closed. Luckily the typhoon passed after one day.
That being said, we spent a whole day in our room. Very cozy with an efficient layout that doesn’t waste any space. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning unit was perfectly positioned to keep us cool.
Last, the bikes were such a key amenity. Breakfast and coffee each day was a great start before taking the bikes into the American village or around the area that might just be a bit too far to walk.
Highly recommend! I hope we’ll be back.
Nothing, our stay was perfect
I loved the room it was nice and airy and had a view of the ocean. The hotel was also clean and well maintained. It was a short walk to the beach and the hotel provided beach towels to use. There was also a free laundry that you could use, which was great.
The breakfast was really light (a couple of small pastries) and if you’re someone who wants something more substantial it will not fill you up. This is not necessarily a negative but be prepared they do not clean the room while you stay.
Really great stay. The bed was so comfy! I was on the 10th floor, the view out across the sea was gorgeous. Staff were very polite and helpful. Free mini breakfast is a nice touch.

The property was beautiful and conveniently located. There was always staff on duty and available to help. The rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable.
Location is great. Close to Camp Foster and the American Village. With a high enough floor, it is a beautiful view. Close to food establishments.
