Sin duda deben ir al restaurante Kimo, es toda una experiencia de un nivel superior y original. Cada sabor, ingrediente y preparado están a un nivel espectacular.

Cons:

No hay algo que haya visto que deje mal este hotel, sin duda debería ser recomendado para cualquier turista que desee una estadía de calidad superior.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend
Pros:

Modern hotel with beautiful design and everything one could possibly wish for. Super comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning and everything was sparkling clean. Attentive and very friendly service. The location is perfect.

Uma experiência que poderia ter sido incrível!
Pros:

A acomodação conta com excelentes enxovais, amenities de qualidade e uma ducha forte e muito agradável. A localização também é um grande diferencial. A limpeza estava impecável e o café da manhã oferece muitas opções no buffet.

No entanto, por ser um hotel de grande porte, em dois dias tivemos que aguardar a liberação de mesas para o café da manhã. Pelo valor cobrado, eu esperava uma experiência mais diferenciada. Particularmente, compararia a experiência a de um hotel 3 estrelas, embora a classificação seja de 5 estrelas.

Acredito que um treinamento da equipe voltado para o encantamento e a experiência do hóspede seria um ponto importante de melhoria, pois o serviço entregue atualmente não corresponde ao padrão esperado para a categoria anunciada.

Cons:

Outro ponto que me chamou a atenção foi a chegada ao hotel. Há alguns degraus na entrada e, embora eu mesma tenha carregado minhas malas (uma de 23 kg e outra de 12 kg)e isso não foi um problema para mim, fiquei pensando em como seria para um idoso ou uma pessoa com dificuldade de locomoção. Em um hotel dessa categoria, é comum haver alguém para abrir a porta e auxiliar com as bagagens até a recepção, o que não aconteceu. Outro ponto, falta informações com clareza. Eu não fui informada de que o quarto destinado a mim, era adaptado para cadeirantes. O banheiro não possuía box de vidro, apenas uma cortina plástica que, durante o banho, grudava no corpo. Ficar em um quarto adaptado não é um problema para mim; o desconforto foi descobrir isso somente ao entrar no quarto.
Por não haver box, a água do chuveiro vazava e molhava praticamente todo o banheiro e parte do quarto. Precisei utilizar todas as toalhas para impedir que a água chegasse ao tapete e fui até a recepção pois não consegui atendimento via telefone, não atendiam e aí desci até a recepção e fui informada de que aquele era o padrão da categoria do quarto e que naquele horário não poderiam fazer nada. No segundo dia reclamei novamente antes de sair para o passeio e quando voltei no final do dia, o problema persistiu. Após uma terceira reclamação, somente no meu último dia de hospedagem, a equipe instalou uma espécie de espuma de contenção que resolveu completamente o vazamento. Isso me deixou bastante chateada, pois a solução existia e poderiam ter sido aplicada desde o primeiro dia, evitando um desgaste totalmente desnecessário e permitindo que eu tivesse uma experiência mais confortável durante toda a estadia, porém não se importaram pois eu era mais uma e isso me entristeceu pois não é uma diária qualquer é um valor alto pelo o que oferece!

Lugar muy bueno para relajase y descansar en familia.
Pros:

La vista de la habitación es muy linda, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ya que está a pasos de lugares de interés como restaurantes y mall, los masajes del Spa son maravillosos, el bar en la azotea es muy bueno para compartir y conocer personas, el desayuno estaba increíble y por ultimo el personal es muy amable.

Pros:

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The cleanliness is top-notch, making for a super comfortable stay and a great night's sleep every day. I loved the delicious food, and the stunning rooftop bar is a must-visit. If you stay here, you absolutely cannot miss the Japanese restaurant on the 17th floor—it is truly amazing! What really made my stay unforgettable, though, was the hospitality. Every single staff member was so warm and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

Cons:

If I had to make one tiny suggestion, it would be to improve the air freshness in the hallways, perhaps by adding some air purifiers. That would make this wonderful hotel even more perfect.
