Modernes Stadthotel mit guter Ausgangslage
Pros:

Gute Ausgangslage für Miraflores, super Ausblick in Richtung Stadt und Meer. Sehr gutes Frühstück, die Auswahl ist sensationell. Sauber und die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist top. Kasten ist keiner vorhanden, jedoch ein begehbares Kleidereck. Früh-Check-In mit Aufpreis möglich.

Cons:

Mastercard funktionierte im Hotel nicht, Visa einwandfrei, sollte in so einer Kategorie trotzdem beides funktionieren

Increíble, espectacular!
Pros:

Excelente Hotel! Muy bien ubicado, todo el personal con una amabilidad increíble! La pieza, siempre impecable, muy cómoda! El desayuno, era de excelente calidad y muy bien atendido.
Además, en el mismo hotel, está el Restaurante Kimo, espectacular! Y un bar en la terraza, también muy bueno!

A very disappointing experience overall.

The main issue was the staff. With the exception of the concierge, who was genuinely friendly and helpful, most of the team came across as unwelcoming, and indifferent.

Besides a very average experience two points stood out:

a frustrating laundry service process. Everything had to be managed through a QR code system that simply did not work. As a result, staff had to come back to our room three separate times late in the evening before eventually resorting to a paper form.

To finish the stay, we requested a late check-out. While we fully understand that a late check-out after 1:00 PM may not always be possible, the team emphasized that shower facilities would be available for guests after a day of sightseeing. In reality, this turned out to be what appeared to be a almost a staff shower, with no hot water available. We ended up preparing for a 15-hour flight with damp clothes.

To make matters worse, the bar staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting guests when help was needed.

In conclusion, this experience was far below expectations. Next time, I will gladly return to Belmond, where the level of service is simply in a completely different league.
