Pros:

Ein wirklich luxeriöses Hotel. Welcome drink inklusive. Alle super nett und hilfsbereit.
Tolle Restaurant und Massage Angebote.
Pool eher etwas klein aber mit einer tollen Aussicht.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist richtig krass fein. Mit sooo vielen Angeboten.

Cons:

Ein langer Tisch in der Mitte des Raumes scheint beim Frühstück für französiche Flugbegleiter reserviert zu sein. Der Lärmpegel war dementsprechend hoch.

Exceptional quality not to be missed out on.
Pros:

This hotel would have to rate us. They’re very best in all of Lima. The welcoming and informative process at the reception to the fabulous food in the restaurant to the exquisite understanding of cocktails, speciality of the house, was indeed fabulous.

Stunning views, the comfiest bed ever, and a rooftop sunset you can't miss
Pros:

The rooms are very spacious, and my king-size bed was honestly the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I also loved the lounge chair by the window, which was perfect for resting and enjoying the amazing views. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and they even check in with you via WhatsApp to make sure everything is going well with your stay. The location in Miraflores is great, with easy walks to Larcomar, the open-air shopping centre built into the cliffs, and the seaside promenade. The rooftop is one of the best in town and a great place to watch the sunset. Breakfast was really good: everything was fresh, and the gluten-free bread and pastries were delicious.

Cons:

The only things that could be improved: the spa area is quite small, and it would be great if the café downstairs offered matcha for matcha drinkers. The spa does have a Finnish sauna and offers massages, and the massage I booked was really good. Other than these small points, I loved everything about my stay.

Bel hôtel mais en cas de soucis, aucune compréhension
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable et propre, bien situé, avec un accueil de qualité.

Cons:

En revanche, je déconseille vivement le restaurant Ortega & Huaman : après avoir partagé un ceviche et une causa au déjeuner, nous avons été très malades deux heures plus tard, avec vomissements et diarrhées pendant tout notre vol retour (12h). Malgré plusieurs échanges avec l’hôtel, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé.
