Cons:

L’addetto alla reception alto, capelli neri/brizzolato e con un orecchino all’orecchio sinistro è stato molto maleducato nel momento del check-in.
Peccato, perché sul resto non abbiamo nulla da dire, ma questo ha rovinato interamente il nostro soggiorno.
Non è questo lo standard di un Hilton, e noi siamo persone abituate a viaggiare.
Purtroppo questo ci fa desistere dal tornarci in futuro.

War sehr zufrieden, komme gern wieder!

Location, Location, Location! In der Nähe von Bryant Park und Grand Central gelegen und nur 50 Meter bis zur 5th Avenue, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr großes Zimmer und riesiges Bad (ohne die typisch amerikanischen Duschvorhänge) und überall sehr viel Stauraum. Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit kostenlosem Wasser, sehr gute Matratzen - ich war mit dem Zimmer rundherum zufrieden.

Cons:

Die junge Dame beim Check-in: Ich komme nach 8 Stunden Flug und langer Taxifahrt endlich an und bekomme weder ein "Willkommen", noch ein Lächeln. Stattdessen werde ich mit Zwei-Wort-Sätzen bombardiert (Telephone number? Credit Card? ID?) während die Mitarbeiterin fast manisch auf ihrer Tastatur herumtippt und mich anschaut und behandelt, als wäre ich Dreck unter ihren Nägeln. Egal, ob ein Hotelzimmer preiswert oder hochpreisig ist: Wer so arrogant ist, gehört nicht an eine Rezeption.

Hotel excepcional com um quarto e banheiro muito amplos e de acabamento superior. Limpeza impecável.

O quarto superou em muito as minhas expectativas. Simplesmente fantástico. Espaçoso e com revestimentos em alto padrão. O banheiro é bem amplo e também de acabamento excelente.

Cons:

Maior número de tomadas USBC para ligar dispositivos eletrônicos e pontos de interruptores próximos à cama para poder desligar as luzes sem a necessidade de levantar.
