A comfortable place to stay right in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Nice big room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, bottled water and coffee pods for the in-room machine. Nice staff, very cooperative with requests. Also great central location.

Cons:

There was some evidence of the prior guest having shaved in the bathroom sink, that must have been missed in the cleaning. However, everything else was clean and neat.

Pros:

There is no food at the hotel. There is a need for a bar Or microwave or snack bar area.

Cons:

No microwave. Also seeking to extend stay. It's an inconvenience that you have to rebook online. Quite inconvenient.

Beyond our expectations.
Pros:

Staff was remarkably friendly- and I mean all staff, especially Elvis. The rooms were spacious, modem, and exceptionally clean. I’d definitely go back. Also they were sweet enough to leave a bottle of wine, card, and chocolates in my room as a birthday gift; what a lovely surprise

Pros:

La habitación era excelente, todo en perfecto estado de mantenimiento y limpieza, se nota que es un hotel construido o renovado muy recientemente. Tenés batas y paraguas en la habitación, cafetera, agua mineral, heladera. Las cortinas son eléctricas, la iluminación de la habitación muy agradable. La cama es king size, muy confortable. La persona que nos realizó el check in era sobresaliente en su atención.

Cons:

Lo único para reprochar es la atención de una de las personas de la recepción, un muchacho que no nos saludaba al ingresar o salir del hotel, y en una ocasión donde retiré un paquete de Amazon corrigió mi pronunciación de mala manera, siendo que yo hablo español y hago un esfuerzo por hacerme entender en inglés.
