Pros:

Wir würden allein wegen dieses Hotels wieder nach Rom reisen. Das beste Hotel, in dem wir je genächtigt haben. Das Personal war mehr als freundlich, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl, die Zimmer sind herausragend, das Frühstück hervorragend. Ich finde normalerweise immer was zu meckern, hier nicht!

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, cama muito confortável, quarto com closet todo equipado. Várias cenas de luzes no quarto. Arrumação do quarto duas vezes ao dia. Café da manhã a la carte, adoramos o avocado toast com salmão e ovo poche. Atendimento maravilhoso, todos super atenciosos. Quando voltar a Roma ficarei novamente nesse hotel.

スタイリッシュな内装に、エレガントなスタッフ。ホテルの部屋も新しく掃除も行き届いており、どこでもいい香りがしました。ホテル内での朝食や夕食をいただきましたが、どれも素晴らしいクオリティでした。チェックインからチェックアウトまでストレスのない素晴らしい体験で、ローマでの宿泊をここに決めてよかったと心から思いました。父がホテルのアメニティのハンドソープが気に入ったということで、空港の免税店で買おうとしましたが、ホテルと同じものは置いていないと言われ、ネットでも探しましたが、見つけることができませんでした。ホテルで購入できるか聞いておけばよかったです。

Cons:

繁華街のど真ん中ということもあり、非常に便利な立地ではあるが、夜11時頃までホテルの前でカップの賭け事をしている店があり、窓を閉めていてもかなり声が聞こえるので、早く寝ようとしている人にはお勧めできません。夜外で飲み歩いたりする人には文句なしのホテルです！

Przyjemny pobyt w sercu Rzymu
Pros:

Idealna lokalizacja w samym centrum Rzymu. Restauracja hotelowa z najlepszą Carbonara w mieście. Bardzo dokładnie sprzątany pokój.

Cons:

Obsługa mogłaby by bardziej uważna. Mieliśmy problem z zamówieniem transportu do restauracji, dzień wcześniej obsługa zapewniła że nie będzie żadnego problemu i wystarczy zejść 15 min wcześniej do recepcji i zamówić jednak tak nie było. Ostatecznie udało się zorganizować transport z hotelu po ponad godzinie czekania. Dodam że rezerwacja była w restauracji z 3 gwiazdkami Michelin w dniu urodzin żony.
Gdyby nie ten incydent który uważam za nie dopuszczalny w hotelu tej kategorii dałabym ocenę 10

Один из лучших бутик-отелей в Европе, в которых останавливались.
Расположение идеальное. Ко всем достопримечательностям пешая доступность.
При раннем заселении предложили позавтракать, подготовили номер и заселили совершенно бесплатно.
Сам номер уютный, много деталей, новый. Постельное, полотенца белоснежные, матрац очень комфортный.
Завтраки по меню, очень достойные.
Мы обязательно будем рекомендовать друзьям отель.

Окна выходили на оживленную улицу, ночью шумно.
Было бы сильно тише во двор.
Такие номера в отеле есть.
Но мы стали менять.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Very comfortable, large room. Bathroom was also a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our meal in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was also very good.
Location right near the Trevi fountain was excellent. Would happily stay again.
