地點很好
有浴缸
小廚房

Cons:

1. 洗衣槽，排水有臭味，無解
2. 沒烘衣功能， 每天曬衣服很困擾，浪費時間。
3. 冷氣出風口，發霉很嚴重
4. 這種狀況之下，沒前台非常不舒服
5. 無法寄放行李，訂房需要顯著提醒
6. 10pm 前check in, 也是要提醒，班機需要能配合
7. 彈簧床老舊，彈性疲乏，軟硬不均，睡不好
8. 毛巾，浴巾也是要自己洗，太累了

Great Location but not value for money.
Pros:

- Near Hakata Station. Walk around 10-15 minutes to Hakata Station.
- Room is a bit large.

Cons:

Spend 2 days in 2 times.
- First time visit is OK.
- Second time I had food smell from cooking food in the room especially at electric stove and air condition.
- Bed is not comfortable. The mattress on the bed sagged.
- Unmanned hotel. If you just landed no early check-in, no deposit luggage. Also take time around 10-15 min for check-in process.

満足です。また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。
Pros:

広くてキッチンの使い勝手も良く概ね快適に過ごすことができました。

Cons:

長期滞在でしたが、掃除用具がなく購入しての対応となってしまいました。またトイレットペーパーの補充がなく、困りました。

Pros:

無人飯店但操作都很易懂方便，床跟環境都很乾淨，這次是帶長輩一起旅行，讓我特別驚訝的是電梯超快又很穩，而且從大門開始到房間，都無障礙友善，我覺得很適合長輩，很棒！
推薦第一次到福岡的人來住！走路10分鐘內有櫛田神社、中州donki、屋台、一蘭總店、東長寺。
而且要去博多車站站或天神逛街，因為有點距離超適合坐計程車，逛了一整天了腳很酸，再搭計乘車回來不到10分鐘便宜又方便。

房間、電視都很大，有廚房可以自己煮，不過油鹽要自備，洗衣服、烘乾衣服也都很方便，整體來說 很不錯，但在全自助的狀況下，入住時真的要很注意店家訊息，我就看到許多人在門口被卡住
Pros:

八人房很大，有小客廳、廚房、獨立廁所和浴室，住起來很舒適。附近很熱鬧，距離車站很近，而且還有許多好吃的店家。

Cons:

房間的空氣清淨機有怪味，沒清理；地毯很容易有髒東西，看不到的話，我們也沒有工具能清潔。
