Pros:

The furniture was relatively new, and everything was very clean, including the bathroom and the kitchen. There is also parking available at the hotel, and the area was quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The main downside was the apartment layout. We booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the bedroom was actually in the living room, while the separate room only contained a sofa and a small table. We found this quite confusing and did not really understand the concept of the apartment.
What disappointed us the most, however, happened after check-out. In the room with the sofa bed, there was a very large area of wall damage, approximately half a meter wide. It was obvious that this had happened repeatedly over time because the sofa bed is larger than the room itself, so it clearly hits the wall every time it is unfolded. The damage was old and impossible to miss.
We never used the sofa bed. Nevertheless, about an hour after we checked out, the hotel called us and asked whether we had caused the damage. This was very surprising, as it was clearly not new damage and should have been noticed long before our arrival. The room had been prepared for our check-in, so it is difficult to believe that such extensive damage could have gone unnoticed by the staff.
What surprised us even more was that the reception contacted us before clarifying the situation internally with their housekeeping or maintenance team. Instead, it felt as though the responsibility was being shifted onto us without first checking their own records. In our opinion, this was handled unprofessionally and unfortunately created the impression of poor internal communication and management.
It is a shame, because the hotel itself has a nice design, relatively new furniture, and many positive qualities. However, being questioned about obvious pre-existing damage made us concerned that similar situations could happen again in the future. For that reason, unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Comfortabel hotel in een rustige omgeving.

Comfortabele, moderne en ruime kamers, stille omgeving.

Cons:

Een paar puntjes op de i: er stond nog een pizza in de magnetron, de vaatwasser deed het niet, de pasjes waren ‘op’ waardoor we maar één pasje konden krijgen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything was excellent – the hotel is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were cozy, and everything we needed was provided. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

The location is another big advantage. It’s right next to the tram station, making it very easy to get anywhere in the city quickly and conveniently.

What impressed us the most was the outstanding customer service. After we had already returned home, I realized I had accidentally left my AirPods at the hotel. The staff quickly responded to my message, found my headphones, and kindly agreed to ship them all the way to Latvia. I received them safely without any problems, and I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me.

A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable and for going above and beyond with your kindness and honesty. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Degelijk hotel nabij Stockholm.
Pros:

Openbaar vervoer recht voor de deur. Mooie kamers met kitchenette. Badkamer in orde. Heel grote supermarkt, onmiddellijk bereikbaar met de lift. Naast de luchthaven, maar er is daar weinig verkeer en je hoort het in elk geval niet.

Cons:

Handdoeken worden niet vervangen, ramen kunnen niet open (bijvoorbeeld na het koken in de kitchenette). Beperkt aantal glazen, borden.
