Very friendly and professional staff. The Tommie hotel is basically the same as staying at The Thompson as you use the same amenities and they are connected. I’ve read that the rooms are smaller but we found them to be more than adequate and nicely finished. Really good location.
Beautiful property and amenities with a convenient locstion .
Way overpriced for the value of the room. The room was so tiny and didn’t even have ice buckets or usb charging ports . I was super disappointed .
This used to be my goto place in Austin. 70 dollar parking . The room had a sour smell and I didn't have time to change rooms. Plus I get unknown charges on my credit card.

Staff was phenomenal and mostly went out of their way to be helpful. From valet to front desk was excellent.
Cost of parking.
Small rooms and it’s on a noisy street with loud music well past 12AM
The distribution of the room is not great; the sink is in the room, and it disrupts circulation.
Loved the room and hotel, also gym is very good. Tommie faces 6th street so it does get loud at night, I sleep thru anything so wasn't an issue. I would stay here again
It was cute the asthetic I liked
It smelled like sewer
Location excellent, didn't need a car while staying downtown. Rooms were efficient, had everything I needed.
Rooms are facing 6th street, it can get loud at night but I sleep through anything.
Convenient location, well-maintained property many great restaurants within walking distance.
Great location. Nightlife can get a little loud but not so much that it disrupted sleep. The hotel does provide ear plugs which I thought was nice - they know the noise too! Food on sight was good, the pool was very relaxing. This is a good place for families and singles.
Great hotel, slightly quirky but with Hyatt efficiency.. so typical Austin. Convenient location, lovely pool and the diner is brilliant for breakfast
Gym was lovely & the pool area was nice. Good location in terms of walking distance to nice restaurants.
Hotel cafe felt understaffed for breakfast time. We waited 50 mins for a table but were told 30. They had tables but not enough staff to clear them and seat people. Once we were sat, service was good.
Beautiful unique setting with a lot of amenities
Unable to extend check out one hour
Location
Small rooms and pool
Rooms are small but very well appointed. Great location if you want to go to 6th Street. Staff very friendly and accommodating!
Pool was very busy on Saturday - no lounge chairs available and
Cabanas are for RENTAL which we did not know (someone had taken off the reserved sign). Hotel staff was a bit snippy when they approached us to advise this was rental (they thought we had just disregarded the reserved sign) but then was much friendlier.
