Great location hotel in downtown, very modern, phenomenal gym on-site, room a little on the compact side but great value for money all the same. Housekeeping were first class and always on the ball, even over the July 4th busy weekend - thank you. Pool area can get busy but we got lucky with loungers on arrival times, good service of food/drinks to the loungers
Great location and very clean! Rooms and beds spacious and the staff were very helpful - would definitely come back!

La chambre avec un lit King size est très petite, pas de place pour ouvrir une valise et rien pour poser un sac. La machine a café est sur la petite table de chevet.
L'hôtel est très mal insonorisé , bruit extérieur et intérieur, dommage.

The location was great, the staff greets you with happy faces upon arrival. The room was really nice, a good "urban" look. We live in the Austin area but were staying at the hotel for an event at the Moody Center. For those seeking being near the "night life" of Austin this is the perfect spot. It is just a block away from 6th St. and within walking distance of a lot of food places.
Also, (as of June 2026) there is a $75 refundable deposit for incidentals, just in case anyone would like to know the amount up front.
The only downside of the room, and which a few people have commented on, was the bathroom. The shower is amazing but the enclosure of the entire restroom is glass, so when you are "handling your business" in there you feel exposed because of the echo (ha). Also, there was no clear signage in the room that the bottled water is not free. We didn't mind paying, but we just didn't know until after we checked out and were billed for it.
And just for some general FYI's for guests, if you are a light sleeper, know that you are near 6th so you hear the music and general public sounds. However, they do provide you with ear plugs in the room so that's considerate.

Great hotel. Have stayed there 5/6 times in the last couple of years. The amenities are great, the staff is very inviting and the location is convenient.
The hotel is very nice; it feels new. The lobby is chic and comfortable. The elevators are fast and I never had to wait more than a few moments for one. The gym was actually rather nice too - lots of options for working out. The pool and outside seating area was beautiful.
There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property.

Gebrek aan diversiteit van met name het ontbijt. Zelf ben ik een voorstander van een lopend buffet met veel keuze. Meer fruit had ik graag gezien, meer keuze in gezond voedsel
This hotel is really nice, the space is beautiful and very clean. Loved the pool area you can purchase food and drinks there as well. All the staff was very nice you can tell it’s probably a good company to work for when no one is miserable. The location is amazing, near everything.only thing we had an issue with was the sink is in the room not bathroom which we knew but there is no proper lighting to get ready in either of the mirrors and it is very dark, even a little light attached to the fold mirror would be helpful. Will definitely be back
I booked with higher expectations I was excited to celebrate my birthday but I was very disappointed the room I booked was for a pool view and they didn’t have it available even tho I booked it months in advance then they gave me a “city view “ but we were looking at the highway the cooler didn’t work in our room , the room didn’t have a bench like our other friends had and when we tried to get toilet paper the staff took 25 minutes so we couldn’t use the bathroom. The pool was too packed and at check out it took 2 hrs to get our cars from valet … i probably won’t stay again
