Nothing this is not a 5 star hotel it’s dirty staff are incompetent and breakfast was bad again

Location and decor was excellent

Cons:

The hotel advertised it had a pool which was the reason we booked it and when we checked in we were told it was out of use. We are waiting for a response from booking.com re our complaint

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff but I didn’t like the location. Room too small for a couple…./but that’s Europe.
Pros:

The location was not easy. Tucked back in where cars have a problem finding you.

Cons:

Beautifully designed a bit chopped up. Room was clean but under the bed never saw a vacuum. I was surprised about the dirt under there.

Pros:

Great central location in a quiet square so peaceful yet near a lot of the main sights. Our room was lovely and every member of staff was extremely professional and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Pros:

Personnel accueillant. Surclassé dans une suite junior. Serviettes et peignoirs fournis, je n'ai pas pris le temps d'aller à la piscine spa mais elles existent bien à l'étage -1. Petit déjeuner ok mais sans plus.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour la qualité (par exemple : un des trois petits déjeuners, mon croissant n'était pas cuit). L'hôtel m'a de nouveau débité mes trois nuits à mon départ suite au checkout alors que j'avais déjà payé sur Booking, réactifs, ils m'ont remboursé dans la journée.
