L'hôtel Juliana est juste exceptionnel, accords parfaits , dans la décoration, l'accueil du personnel (au petit soin), les petits déjeuners et la restauration sont remarquables, le tout en fait un lieu plus que satisfaisant, unique, nous reviendrons certainement un jour, adresse à conserver. précieusement........

Verwachtingen hoger dan de werkelijkheid.. jammer.
Pros:

De kamer was ruim en goed ingedeeld. Badkamer was goed, douche zeker en bed ook prima.

Cons:

De locatie is waardeloos. Het luxe hotel past niet bij de minder luxe omgeving. Om in een chique en fatsoenlijke omgeving te winkelen en te dineren moet je al snel 20 min de taxi pakken richting Zavel/Sablon. Het hotel zelf was zeer warm qua sfeer, maar helaas ook qua temperatuur van binnen, de lobby etc. Uiteraard waren het warme dagen in de stad, maar de kamer kwam zeer slecht op temperatuur (na 2x contact opnemen met personeel lukte het eindelijk). Je wenst na je reis, dat eerst de kamer klaar is (was niet zo), de kamer op frisse en koele temperatuur is bij aankomst (wat helaas niet zo was). Ook had ik tijdens het boeken een goede hoop dat alle wensen klaar stonden en bij aankomst was dit niet zo. Er werd gezegd dat er voor mijn hond een hondenbed en voerbak klaarstonden op de kamer, dit werd ook gemeld in de schriftelijke bevestiging, helaas was dit niet aanwezig net zoals de vroege check in wat ook werd bevestigd. Als je dan een upgrade boekt qua kamer in een 5 sterren boutique hotel, waar volgens de reviews service en wensen zeer goed worden opgevolgd, is de aankomst en de start van het verblijf niet zoals gewenst. Helaas, voor ons door deze punten en andere zaken (roomservice langzaam, gerechten niet beschikbaar en verkeerde dranken brengen naar de kamer) geen nieuwe boeking meer.

They do not live up to what they offer. Staff that work there are lovely and not their fault!

The hotel decor is nice and the few staff there was wonderful

Cons:

I booked this hotel as we were travelling a long distance and I knew we would arrive late. This hotel offers 24 hr room service on their website. This is the only reason I booked it as we would need a late dinner. When we arrived we were told they were not doing room service and we’d need to uba something. As you can imagine at 10 at night the options were not great. Not what I’d expect from a five star hotel. Says mini bar in room but all that is there is two bottles of water. A wonderful waiter who had clocked off as the bar was shut (10.45pm) did open it to bring us a bottle of wine. Maybe the hotel is great but for the one night stay I booked it for was for what it offers and then found out none of which were available which was very disappointing.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war exzellent! Die Ausstattung der Zimmer, das Bad, die Betten, die moderne Sauna und das Schwimmbecken – alles äußerst komfortabel und behaglich
Die Bar war zwar vor 22 Uhr schon geschlossen, wurde aber freundlicherweise für uns geöffnet.

Muy buen hotel boutique en zona tranquila cerca del centro y con spa y piscina
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, en una plaza tranquila y emblemática.
Es hotel pequeño y muy bien ambientado. Tener spa luego de caminar todo el día; suma.
El desayuno es excelente.
El personal es super atento, muchos hablan español, con lo cual la comunicación fue muy fácil.
Conocen bien la ciudad y dan buenas recomendaciones para salir del típico recorrido turista multitudinario, fundamental a la hora de salir a comer.

Cons:

Al estar en una plaza con acceso restringido, el Uber no pudo dejarnos en la puerta. Consultar en el hotel el acceso con vehículos antes de llegar.
