Un fantastico soggiorno.
Pros:

Tutto perfetto, hotel bellissimo, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, colazione ottima e ricca. Il ristorante dell'hotel davvero di alto livello. La spa eccellente con piscina, suan, hamman. le camere stupende e pulitissime. Lo consiglio a tutti questo bellissimo hotel.

One of a kind boutique stay!
Pros:

The location was just awesome. Not far from all the activities but far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was lovely. Lots of amenities.

A really enjoyable 2night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The minor issues we had with our room were fix

The location was very central. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the staff were very attentive

Cons:

There are no stairs down to the swimming pool which doesn’t help if you don’t like lifts. Also the TV in our room didn’t work and there was no bottle opener. Both issues were fixed by being offered a new room which was excellent service but perhaps these need to be checked before guests arrive?

Colazione ottima.
Posizione molto buona, ma rumorosa la sera e in parte anche la notte, dovuta a presenze indesiderate in piazza.
I lavori in corso in piazza incominciano poco dopo le 07h del mattino. L’hotel dovrebbe intervenire, poiché in tutta Europa i lavori edili rumorosi possono iniziare solo alle 9h del mattino.
Tutto lo staff è attento e cortese, la proprietaria
non è un esempio di empatia e almeno un cenno di cortesia non avrebbe guastato.

Beautiful hotel and rooms
Pros:

Our room wasn't ready on time, but the staff dealt with it incredibly well, they upgraded us to a nicer and bigger room, offered us free drinks whilst we relax and wait. The room was ready within the hour. The reception and front door staff were so helpful with everything regarding our stay.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect.

Pros:

Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, tout en étant très calme, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. L’équipe est accueillante, chaleureuse et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont très confortables, propres et agréables. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Замечательный, очень тихий, комфортабельный отель, за углом от центральных улиц. Настроящий бутик-отель с видом на пустынную тихую площадь, в стиле Белгравии. Персонал очень приветливый, говорят на английском тоже. Тихо настолько, что я специально открывала на ночь окно во внутренний дворик, чтобы засыпать под журчание фонтанчика и птичек! Идеально настроенный кондиционер! Великолепная кровать, белье и подушки! В номере есть кофе, чай, приносят шоколадки и печеньки вечером (иногда забывают). Великолепный спа с бассейном с очень правильной температурой воды: охлаждает после жары, но не холодный! Сауна и хамам тоже хорошие.

Cons:

На завтраке очень красивых молодых девушек необходимо обучить приготовлению и подаче кофе латте (cafe latte), тк более старший коллега знает, как его готовить и подавать. Но все молодцы и очень стараются!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I paid around €350 per night, expecting a premium experience, but unfortunately the service was far below that standard.

The biggest issue was that the hotel completely lost track of my car after valet parking. I waited for a long time while the staff had no idea where my car was, and no one took responsibility or offered a sincere apology.

Because of the poor service, I decided to check out early that same night. To make matters worse, when I asked about my security deposit, I was told they didn’t know where it was and that I should come back the next day. That is simply unacceptable.

For a hotel charging these rates, I expected professionalism, organization, and respect for its guests. Instead, I experienced confusion, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, investigates what happened, and offers a proper explanation and apology. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Perfect location to the city centre.
Pros:

Location, the smell as you walked I. The door was heaven. Wonderful staff and every room had a different feel which was wonderful.

Cons:

Our air con was broken however we were moved to a different room very fast so that was wonderful.
