Pros:

بالنسبة لي كانت إقامة رائع جدا وممتع مليئه بالهدؤ وراحة .
وجبات الفطور والعشاء كانت ممتازة جدا والخيارات متعددة وهو المفضل لدي والأجمل الحفلات بعد العشاء فهي مناسبة للجميع سواء عائلي او غير ذلك .
التواجد على شاطئ كان أكثر من رائع حيث يتمتع الفندق بشاطئ رملي جميل .

موظفون المطعم في البوفيه رائعون جداً ومحترمين

للأسف كانت تجربتنا سيئة جدًا ولا تتناسب مع مستوى المنتجع أو الصور المعروضة على Booking

أخذنا جناحًا ولكن للأسف المكان والواقع كانا مختلفين بشكل واضح عن الصور الموجودة في الموقع

الشاطئ لم يكن نظيفًا ووجدنا فيه زجاجًا وأحجارًا بالإضافة إلى أن موقع الشاطئ قريب من مصنع وميناء وهو أمر لم يكن واضحًا بالشكل الكافي عند الحجز

أما بالنسبة للخدمة فكانت بطيئة جدًا طلبنا من العاملين في بار الشاطئ قائمة الطعام حوالي 5 مرات قبل أن تصلنا وعندما طلبنا الطعام انتظرنا حوالي ساعة و10 دقائق حتى وصل الطلب

كذلك كان مذكورًا وجود فعاليات ليلية ولكن للأسف كانت الفعاليات في مكان مظلم ولم تكن ممتعة أو بالمستوى المتوقع

ومن أكثر الأمور المزعجة أن خدمة تنظيف الغرف لم تأتِ لمدة يومين

The food was good.
Stuff tries to show support.

Cons:

1st day the pool is not working!
Then we try to discover the beach, it's 7 to 10 min with the bus shuttle! It's too far away. Then we discovered that the beach related to the hotel is too narrow and too crowded! And in pictures they share the wide view of the owners beach side, which is 3 or 4 times of hotel beach part.
