Das Hotel hatte alles was man für einen Kurztripp benötigt und das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war reichlich und von allem was da.
Die Innenstadt von Hilden hat uns auch gefallen.

Cons:

Unsere Klimaanlage war direkt über dem Bett angebracht, so dass wir sie in der Nacht nicht nutzen konnten.

Pros:

Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker! Personeel erg behulpzaam. Parkeergelegenheid genoeg inclusief laadmogelijkheid.
Geen gebruik gemaakt van zwembad of sauna maar zag er prima uit. Erg schoon allemaal. Prima locatie om omgeving te verkennen

Wir sind angekommen, als das Restaurant eigentlich bereits geschlossen war, dennoch haben wir noch leckeres Essen bekommen. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen wäre zu viel gesagt. Wünschenswert wäre auch Kaffee als Ergänzung zum Tee als Möglichkeit im Zimmer und der tolle Pool könnte 2 Grad wärmer sein.l

Zentrale Lage mit Hindernissen
Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels, da es sehr zentral in Hilden liegt und man alles Wichtige schnell erreichen kann. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die Tiefgarage, die das Parken absolut stressfrei und komfortabel gestaltet. Auch wenn der Aufenthalt schwierig startete, war das Personal grundsätzlich bemüht, auf unsere Beschwerden einzugehen und Lösungen zu finden.

Cons:

Leider war der Start sehr enttäuschend, da die Sauberkeit in den ersten beiden Zimmern nicht gegeben war. Überall im Bett ließen sich Haare und Flecken finden. Erst nach dem dritten Zimmerwechsel erhielten wir einen sauberen Raum. In diesem Zusammenhang empfanden wir die Kommunikation gelegentlich als schwierig. Das Personal wirkte oft wenig mitteilsam oder gar genervt und verließ Beispielsweise das Zimmer, ohne uns zu erklären, wie nun weiter verfahren wird. Zudem merkt man dem Haus in machen Zimmern sein Alter an, was sich auch in einem unangenehmen Geruch nach Kanalisation oder Chlor in einigen Bereichen des Hauses bemerkbar machte.
