Cons:

A minha estadia neste alojamento deixou muito a desejar, principalmente devido à falta de comodidades básicas e à localização.

Pontos negativos:

Limpeza: Não é feita a limpeza diária dos quartos, o que se torna desconfortável para estadias de vários dias.

Isolamento: O quarto tem um isolamento péssimo. Ouve-se todo o barulho exterior e a ausência de um bom isolamento de luz (cortinas black-out eficientes) prejudica bastante o descanso e o sono.

Pequeno-almoço: Muito fraco, com pouca variedade e qualidade abaixo do esperado.

Localização: Fica bastante longe do centro de Ksamil. O acesso é difícil, sendo necessário enfrentar muitas subidas íngremes, o que torna cansativo deslocar-se a pé, especialmente no calor.

Conclusão: Não recomendo para quem procura descanso e facilidade de acessos em Ksamil. Muito menos se tiver crianças. O alojamento precisa de melhorar seriamente a qualidade dos serviços e o conforto dos quartos.

Pros:

We highly recommend the vila. Very nice, owner are very friendly, food is amazing, they changed something every day. The best thing was the swimmig pool which was open till 10 pm. We had a great time. You can have lunch and dinner there too, which is a bonus. They have a restaurant and a bar. Amazing place, many thanks for everything. Ps we loved the Ohana beach, is a must see❤️. Lore and Claudiu

Bardzo fajne miejsce z czystym basenem i pięknym widokiem z okna na wakacje rodzinne.
Pros:

Bardzo Miła obsługa, przyjechaliśmy wcześniej na miejsce i pokój nie był jeszcze gotowy a Pani zaproponowała nam śniadanie to było bardzo miłe. Smaczne śniadania i jedzenie w restauracji. Pokój wygodny przestronny i czysty, balkon z pięknym widokiem.

Cons:

Mały minus za odległość do najbliższej plaży i dojście do niej. Gniazdo jaskółek przy restauracji powodowało że sporo ich tam latało.

Schöne Zimmerausstattung, nette Gastgeberin, schöner pool

Cons:

Leider ist kunstgrün um den Pool gelegt damit man nicht ausrutscht, dort kommen aber viele Bienen und Wespen zum Wassertrinken die nicht immer gut zu sehen sind. Mein Kind wurde unter dem Fuß gestochen. Für jede Kleinigkeit wird Geld verlangt und man wird sofort zum zahlen aufgefordert.

Pros:

Enorm gastvriendelijk met een goede hygiene waarbij de kamers elke dag worden schoongemaakt inclusief het hotel zelf. De jacuzzi is voor onze aankomst ook geheel schoongemaakt, waarbij oud water er uit is gehaald voor nieuw water met chloor. Het personeel denkt met je mee en gaat zelfs uit de weg voor je om dingen waar te kunnen maken. Grappig voorbeeld we hadden zin in chips die ze normaal gezien niet verkopen, maar wel voor ons hebben gehaald. Een hele goede ervaring en een echte aanrader!

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing — fresh, homemade, and with such a huge variety that it could barely fit on the table, but everything was absolutely delicious.

The location was also ideal — quiet and peaceful, as it’s not right in the middle of the main busy area, which made it perfect for relaxing. It’s slightly uphill, but only around a 10–15 minute walk to the beaches and the main town. The furthest we walked was about 23 minutes to one of the nightclubs, and even that was a comfortable and pleasant evening walk.

The owners and staff made our stay very comfortable and were always accommodating whenever we needed anything. They were all incredibly friendly, and you could really feel the warm, welcoming atmosphere of what seems to be a family-run hotel. All the photos attached were taken by us on our staying. Inside or just outside the property. sunset view from the balcony of the penthouse, surrounded by birds and nature, amazing pool and photos of the street just outside the gate and little turtle found outside

Cons:

Honestly, there is nothing we would suggest improving — everything was great.

Pros:

Bardzo czysty i nowocześnie urządzony pokój z balkonem, z widokiem na morze. Pod obiektem znajduje się duży parking. Właściciele są bardzo mili. Dość dobra lokalizacja, z dala od hałasu miasta, ale też w krótkim czasie można się przejść na piechotę do plaży.
