Really nice way to spend a birthday break

The the little extras and the interior design was amazing in the room the staff for friendly and approachable and made you feel special

Cons:

Only downside was the mattress was soft - however I mentioned this to reception who said this can be changed on request - noted for next time

Pros:

Picture stepping off a transatlantic flight. Exhausted. Motion sickness from the 80 minute trip to London in rush hour. The word “frayed” comes to mind.

You enter the Pan Pacific. Surat greets you with the biggest smile, an offer for water, an offer for comfort, and the exact room that meets your needs. Such a warm greeting from Surat immediately takes the edge off. The checkin process is flawless and then the room is perfect. Well appointed, comfortable, ample size, and quiet. The perfect space to recover from the travel and prep for upcoming meetings.

My stay wasn’t a long one, but the standard of service was omnipresent. Jacob kept the cappuccinos coming along side a delicious breakfast at The Straight. Alex helped me with everything I needed for my logistics from her base at the concierge desk. And every other member of service was gracious and perfect.

Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful stay. When I’m back in Bishopsgate, Pan Pacific is my home away from home.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel-great location/great breakfast/great service. Did not use pool/spa but it looked very nice. Highly recommend this hotel when in London.
