The pool area, the kindness and friendliness of the staff and the ambiance in general.

Cons:

The fact that I had to deposit £450 for my 4 days stay after paying fully for my room online. They said I would get my full refund back only when leaving.

It’s money the hotel has to hold down, Incase of damages or I eat from the mini bar etc.

But at the same time, I can easily pay for breakfast etc out of pocket? Didn’t like that fact that my money was being held down.

What if I didn’t have £450 would I have been asked not to check in?

They need to find a way around that….
Because I wasn’t comfortable with my money being held down.

Luxurious oasis in the heart of London

Treated ourselves to a 2N stay here to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Felt very luxurious, we had a room on the 19th floor with city views. The bed was so comfortable, the bed linen, towels, robes and amenities etc all excellent. service throughout the hotel was exemplary.
The infinity pool, sauna and steam were fabulous and I appreciated that children had limited access hours so could a peaceful swim and relax on the beds beside the pool.
Thoughtful touches in the hotel and restaurant were made to acknowledge our anniversary.
