A great stay in the beautiful Split Croatia
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and accommodating. It was pretty quiet whilst we were there so often we had the roof top pools to ourselves. The breakfast was really good and lots of choice. The location was perfect and only a cheap Bolt ride into the old town.

Cons:

The only thing I would say is that it is more of a 4 star than a 5. The rooms were nice and comfortable but not five star standard.

Great location, inconsiderate guests, non plussed staff about the lack of sleep
Pros:

Great location and spectacular beach front. It is not close to split old town so when you book this, book it for the amazing beach front that it is located near. The breakfast was great too

Cons:

This was a party hotel, with staff not interested in hearing complaints that people were partying on balconies at 2 am in the morning every morning. The spa facilities smelt like urine, and generally the place was okay.

зручно комфортно, біля моря.

вид, басейн на даху, сніданок та вечеря, паркінг.

Cons:

інтернет не працював, чистота в номері простерадло, на стінах були якісь відбитки рук. підлога санвузол і тд чисто. також наявність водички в номері, бо коли тільки заїзали довелося йти в магазин.

Not a 5 star hotel as advertised
Pros:

The room is big.

Cons:

This is not a 5 star hotel at all. If you are looking for that like I did, run. This place doesn’t worth half of the price it is advertised.

- there is no cleaning in the room, they barely change your towels. No big towels, yes, I don’t know why. Only had big towels in the first day.
- the mattress was splitting in the middle every night
- lots of basic things missing in the room like shampoo, tea, big towels. When we asked the reception they were rude and not helpful.
- the staff is completely unhelpful and rude, once one of the receptionist hang up the phone on my face.
- the facilities are not a hotel as advertised, it is an apartment with swimming pool at the terrace and we have access to the hotel facilities that is in another building (where we enter) yes it is confusing

Friendly hotel in a great location
Pros:

We loved the Swimming pools and fitness facilities

Cons:

We missed having the hotel bikes which we used about 4 years ago when we stayed there. Such a great way to get around.

Buenos hotel pero no es un 5 estrellas
Pros:

La ubicación, que es bastante nuevo y el tamaño de la habitación que en realidad es un apartamento. La climatización es muy buena. No hay ruidos y se duerme bastante bien.

Cons:

Personalmente para mí es un 4 estrellas. El wellnes no es un spa, es una piscina interior y un jacuzzi que estaba fuera de servicio. Una noche quisimos cenar en la habitación y la carta del servicio de habitaciones es muy corta y cara. Para llegar a la habitación hay que coger dos ascensores diferentes con un pasillo largo en medio. El sofá cama de los niños era un desastre. La WiFi del hotel no funciona y no hay 5G en esa zona. No hay cables de red ni smart tv.
