Perfect for what we needed and woukd choose again
Pros:

Room was really comfortable, location suited us well, staff were lovely. Shower was great.

Cons:

The sticky tables in the bar/ breakfast area.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The free cocktail was a nice touch. The rooms were quite nice .

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful at times in terms of the information they gave us: they told us there was free parking at 6 pm outside, but it wasn't, it was a 24hr charge zone. People in our group received parking fines as a result. Lastly, the beds were a bit difficult to sleep in as the pillows were too firm, and so was the mattress.

Rooms are functional and fine but the meeting room was inadequate and our complaint was dismissed

Bedrooms are clean

Cons:

We hired a meeting room - for 7 people. Explicitly stating that it was for 7 members of staff and double checking it was sufficient. When we got there they showed us the room with one table and 4 chairs that was full. Very small. We squeezed in for our meeting but as it was a full day meeting it really impacted our ability to work. No room for all the laptops or refreshments to fit. Very hot!! would not recommend this hotel for business meetings unless there really is just a couple of you. The complaint was really just dismissed. Very poor service.

Love me a Moxy
Pros:

Superb location. Good for shopping and a dozen restaurants within walking distance. Moxy hotels are great. Reception, dining, drinking, games and leisure all blends into one excellent environment and all the staff have read the memo. Dog friendly not just dog tolerant.
