Das Hotel liegt gut erreichbar in der Nähe einer S-Bahn Station. Von Außen macht es einen modernen und guten Eindruck.

Cons:

Das Personal war größtenteils absolut inkompetent, beim Frühstück fehlte dauernd etwas und wurde weder nachgelegt noch durch Alternativen ersetzt, unter den Betten war Staub von Woche oder gar Monaten sowie Socken u.ä. von vorherigen Gästen, Handtücher wurden zwar zum Waschen mitgenommen aber nicht mehr ersetzt, …

Pros:

Zimmer umfassend ausgestattet, alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, aber etwas chaotisch organisiert und nicht immer rechtzeitig nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück könnte Personal etwas schneller sein. Leider versteht kaum jemand die deutsche Sprache. Bessere Organisation wäre zu empfehlen.

Sehr komfortabel, empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr modern und sauber. Ausstattung im Zimmer auch sehr gut. Zimmer wie abgebildet, keine böse Überraschung. Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig. Auch zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gute Anbindung. Schöne ruhige Lage.

Sehr angenehm, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist nahe am Bahnhof gelegen und sehr ruhig, sodass wir nachts gut schlafen konnten.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung ging teilweise nur auf englisch.
Das Zimmer war schön groß, das Bad ausreichend, die Küchenzeile sehr hilfreich. Die nötigsten Dinge waren vorhanden.
Das frische Obst um Frühstück haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Cons:

In der Küche fehlte ein Geschirrtuch.
Die Frühstückseier waren selbst um 8 Uhr nicht mehr warm, sondern nur lauwarm oder kalt.
Als Saft gab es Nektar, teilweise kam aber nur Wasser aus dem Automaten.

Das Hotel ist ok für einen Kurztrip.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.
Nachts war es sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Wenn ein Hotel gleichzeitig als Flüchtlingsunterkunft genutzt wird, sollte man das bei der Buchung auch erkennen können.
Vor dem Aufzug standen regelmäßig Papiertüten mit Müll. Der Flur war sehr dreckig, genau wie der Boden des Aufzuges. Gereinigt wurde erst nach einem Hinweis auf das Problem. Innerhalb einer Woche wurde ein einziges Mal das Zimmer gereinigt. Um den Austausch von Handtüchern, oder das Nachlegen von Toilettenpapier musste man sich selbst kümmern.

Pros:

Staff, spacy room, modern, big bed. Kaufland is 200 m from thr hotel.

Cons:

They charge extra for possible additional cost without any notice. Coffee machine was not working during the breakfast bit it was fixed for the second night. Pretty expensive brekafast with only a few hot choices. Parking was not available so I have to park on the street which is full of cars. Reception is not 24/7 available in the hotel.
