Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht, scheinen überfordert zu sein. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen

Die Lage der Unterkunft. Im Residence Inn ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt und es ist im Vorfeld niemand telefonisch erreichbar. Wir hatten eigentlich 15 Uhr Check In.... Das Zimmer war nicht fertig und wir mussten noch eine Stunde darauf warten. Vor dem Hotel lungern verschiedene Nationalitätrn herum, zum Teil sehr aggressiv weshalb wir auch einen Tag früher abgereist sind. Wir haben uns dort nicht sicher gefühlt. Der Außenbereich ist ungepflegt, überall stehen überfüllte Aschenbecher, Müll liegt herum. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich gereinigt aber z. Bsp. Das Kochfeld und der Kühlschrank waren sehr schmutzig.

Tolles Zimmer, tolle Lage

Cons:

Bettlacken dreckig, mussten es zwei mal ansprechen bis neu bezogen wurde. Zimmerreinigung bei 3 Nächten nicht einmal gewesen. Kein Müll abgeholt nichts.

Schönes Zimmer

Cons:

Überteuert, Salat kostete fast 20 Euro, war jedoch nur Salat aus der Tüte, welcher auch noch braun an den Rändern war. Fernseher war kaputt, an der Rezeption entstanden lange Wartezeiten

Jakość i wykończenia pokoju bardzo dobry standard

Cons:

Personel który obsługiwał śniadania był bardzo nie sympatyczny.
Nie sprzątali ze stołów, trzeba bylo samemu.
Klimatyzacja nie dawała rady.
