Voor een kort verblijf is het een super prijs kwaliteit hotel met alle belangrijke voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Ontb

Toegankelijkheid voor alle mensen. Jong en oud komen hier. Ligging vlakbij openbaar vervoer is super.

Cons:

Geen koelkast op de kamer waar we onze etenswaren in konden bewaren.

Gute Adresse, fürs “sehr gut” fehlts noch am komfortablereren Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage ist der Hammer, sehr ruhig, aber man kommt trotzdem mit den Öffis sehr gut weg. Top!
Das Bett war super! Matratze bequem, riesige Bettdecke, war genau meins.
Zimmer hatte die übliche Größe, für Kurzaufenthalte mehr als ausreichend, wir haben nichts vermisst.
Aufffüllflaschen in der Dusche, sogar mit Conditioner, ein extra Pluspunkt.
Das Brot beim Frühstück war lecker.
Dass man nur mit der Zimmerkarte im Fahrstuhl nach oben fahren kann, gefiel mir gut.
Personal sehr freundlich und ja, einige wenige sprachen nicht perfekt deutsch. So what? Auf mich machte das eher einen positiven Eindruck, gerade in der Hotelbranche ist das ja auch nicht unüblich und so lernt man eine Sprache am besten.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war der Abfluss des Waschbeckens kaputt, kann passieren, unangenehm, aber kein Drama.
Lag aber vermutlich daran, dass kein Zimmer fertig war, als wir ankamen und wir kamen deutlich nach Check-in. Das sollte nicht unbedingt vorkommen.
Frühstück ist Geschmacksache, unser war es leider nicht. Liebes Moxy Team, lauwarme Baked Beans und gestocktes “Rührei” aus dem Tetrapack sind kein englisches Frühstück, da fehlen deutlich ein paar Komponenten, ebenso zum amerikanischen Frühstück. Es wurde ab 10 Uhr nichts mehr aufgefüllt, das finde ich für 19€ pro Person auch ein bisschen schwach.
Tabletts für die Teller fand ich gut, aber es gab keine vernünftige Abstellfläche am Buffet dafür und wenn man 2 Hände braucht z.B. beim Chafing Dish, hat man ein Problem. Noch unangenehmer fand ich die “untere Etage”. In die Knie gehen oder mich bücken, um mir etwas aus einer Schüssel nehmen zu können, geht gar nicht. Leider war auch nicht zu ekennen was es überhaupt war, zu dunkel und nicht beschriftet. In der Höhe sollten ohnehin nur geschlossene Sachen stehen, allein schon aus hygienischen Gründen.
Pünktlich um 10.30 wurde abgeräumt, obwohl noch viele an den Tischen saßen. Zugegeben, unsere eigene Dummheit, die anderen hatten sich die Teller noch mal schnell vollgemacht, wir nicht. Für eine Nachtschwärmer-/ Konzert-Stadt finde ich 10.30 auch etwas früh, aber gut.
Generell finde ich, dass ein Frühstücksbuffet auch gerne etwas kleiner sein darf, dafür hat man Platz und es ist von allem genug da.
Schildert bitte die Treppe aus, ich musste wirklich suchen vom Zimmerflur aus, auch im Brandfall nicht gut.
