Great stay!
Pros:

The breakfast had more options than other comparable places I have stayed. The location is great. Close to multiple dining options. The staff was friendly.

Our stay was delightful and exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome and fun with a nice variety. Location great for our needs (Six Flags and the Aquarium). Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms and lobby clean. Very pleased with our stay.

Cons:

The pool was very cloudy and very strong smelling of chlorine. I think they added chemicals that day so probably just timing. But not a big deal since we didn’t book it for the pool, it was just a bonus.

Southern hospitality at its best!!
Pros:

Everything!! This location is fantastic! The staff...best part if our 2 night stay. They were so accommodating, friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back!!

Cons:

The cooling system. We loved our room, but it was extremely muggy. Everything felt damp. Outside of that, our stay was fabulous!!

I like the location and friendly staff.

Cons:

My room floor was very slippery upon arrival. I advised the staff the next morning and he stated he would noted. However on Sunday morning my elderly mom started sliding could not stop which was scary because she had 2 knee replacements. My brother had to leave his house to come help her up because she cannot put pressure on her knees. I left a letter for the manager upon my departure but I have not heard from him. The floor is very dangerous for a child and or elderly person. We are monitoring my mom, overall the rooms are nice. I just wish management would have reached out to me regarding this matter.

Could swim price should have been lower
Pros:

My children was upset cause we didn’t know about the pool being down until we got there

Cons:

Couldn’t swim and it’s like they was concerned cause the pool was closed. We still had to pay full price and the pool was down

Overall, my experience was a positive one. Clean rooms, friendly staff except one staff member.
Pros:

I liked the staff member who greeted us and checked us in. He was very friendly, and you could tell he loved his job.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. The meat for breakfast was not very good, and the coffee bar should have had more options than just half and half to put in the milk for the "cream" option. There was also an incident in the breakfast area one morning. A woman did not have on shoes, and the staff member who worked in the breakfast area yelled at the woman instead of going directly to the woman to ask her to put some shoes on and not cause a scene or make other guests feel uncomfortable.
