Our room was not very clean the floor was dirty it smelled like cigarettes and the AC was very loud. The floor was coming up in part of the room
Location was perfect for my stay. Easy to park and fast check in. My room was as i saw it on the pictures online , they had breakfast but had to skip due to to our time at San Antonio.
The property was within short driving distance of shopping, restaurants and other entertainment.
The AC leaked and had water on the floor. This was an ongoing problem as the LVT has separated due to the water damage from the leaking unit. This should have been repaired and the floor repaired prior to renting the room. The room has a musty smell, my guess is from the continued issued with the leaking AC unit. The advertisement for the breakfast was basically false advertisement on their website. The website showed a buffet to include healthy options such as yogurt and fresh fruit. I paid for the breakfast based on the photos on the website. The breakfast service was basically a sign on the wall that stated order through the front desk. When I spoke to the desk attendant he gave me two vouchers and said that we could order one hot item and one drink. The menu consisted of breakfast sandwich, breakfast taco, oatmeal and cinnamon roll, it was not even close to what the website showed. When we got our breakfast in a brown paper sack we pulled out the sandwiches and they were just a microwaved sandwich that looked like it came from a connivence store. I would not have purchased the breakfast if they had not falsely advertised the offerings.
Shower was a little dirty when we checked, toilet paper roll was the same one left from the prior stay, because it was used up under half way to being empty, room was hot when we arrived in it, room refrigerator was warm as well. Not sure if housekeeping is instructed to lower temperature down or turn off appliances while cleaning their rooms, but it wasn't a pleasant entrance, we had to turn up the temperatures of the A/C and refrigerator.

Good clean rooms, nice modern decoration. Polite and prompt staff.
They forgot to supply towels, I called the front desk but no answer, so I had to go to the front desk myself and they were provided promptly. To be fair it was a busy day for all hotels in the area.
