Ich kann das Hotel für den Preis nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war basic, der Kaffee und Orangensaft waren lecker. Zimmer im 6.Stock sehr ruhige Etage, super Zimmerservice,sehr gute Nahverkehrsanbindung.

Cons:

Es gab immer weniger Auswahl beim Frühstück, von Tag zu Tag weniger, keine Eier, kein Obst, weniger Marmeladen, kleine Brötchen, die so hart waren, dass wir sie kaum aufschneiden konnten, es wurde nichts! nachgelegt, die Tische wurden nicht gereinigt, klebten, nur auf Bitten wurde unser Tisch abgewischt, andere nicht abgräumt. Das Personal unterhielt sich oder verschwand. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und kühlte nicht, 26 Grad im Zimmer, auf der Frühstücksaussenfläche wurde nachts laut gefeiert. Das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, da nachts die Züge fuhren und gefeiert wurde.

Personale impreparato; abbiamo incontrato una difficoltà con la prenotazione e gli addetti non sono stati capaci di assisterci, suggerendoci di interpellare Booking alle 22 di domenica. Contattati da Booking, hanno declinato l'alterazione della prenotazione, sebbene l'errore fosse imputabile anche a loro. Per tutti e tre i giorni, al nostro rientro, le tessere d'accesso alla camera risultavano smagnetizzate, rendendo pertanto indispensabile attendere in coda e richiederne la ricarica magnetica. Una federa del guanciale era assente e, malgrado avessimo segnalato la mancanza, non è mai stata fornita. All'interno della stanza erano disponibili caffè e tè, ma dopo il consumo del primo giorno, non sono stati riforniti.
