Cons:

Unxpected charge for parking after booking. The carpark was unsecured.

Make sure to book the triple glazed rooms.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to the mall. Friendly staff.

Cons:

I booked a 3-bedroom apartment, but all three bedrooms face the highway. The double glazing was completely insufficient for the noise, trucks were roaring past all night and my family barely slept.

When we asked to move, they only had a 2-bedroom available. The 2-bedroom had triple glazing, which solved the noise issue, but management was unable to give us any refund for the downgrade to a smaller apartment. No reason for us to return.

Booking.com offered credits worth half of the price difference.

Pros:

Location, it’s opposite the Newmarket Westfield Mall and close to public transportation.

We stayed in a motorway facing room but it wasn’t very noisy. The motorway traffic noise isn’t too bad.

I had a fantastic long stay here and will definitely book this hotel again next time.
Pros:

This is my second stay here, I checked in June 29 and will leave on July 26. The hotel is super close to shopping malls, very convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful, I’m really satisfied.

Cons:

If I may offer a gentle suggestion: the mirror faces the bed. It can be a little startling to catch sight of my reflection in the dark at night. It would be much nicer if the mirror could be repositioned.
